Marinette: Good morning, Tikki.
Tikki: Good morning, Marinette. *Marinette gets out of bed and heads down to her calendar and changes the month to July.*
Marinette: It's July. And Bastille Day on the 14th.
Tikki: What's Bastille Day?
Marinette: Bastille Day is a French holiday, like the American holiday Fourth of July. We celebrate the day the French Revolution began.
Tikki: Wow.
Marinette: There's a lot of fun stuff to do before then.
Tikki: Like what?
Marinette: Not sure. But we'll see what it is.
Tom: Kids, breakfast! The waffles are ready.
Marinette: Waffles! *She heads downstairs to the dining room and sits down.*

Tom: I'm glad last night's blackout went well. *He served Timmy a waffle and Bridgette one.* I wonder how they got the lights back on. *He served Marin one and Marinette one, Marin grab some strawberries and blueberries, and Timmy open the syrup and poured some on his waffle, and passed the bottle to Bridgette and he eat his waffle.*
Marinette: Who knows?
Bridgette: Yeah. I would've been uncomfortable sleeping in the dark. *She grabbed the syrup and poured some on her waffle.*
Marin: I thought you liked the dark. *Marinette pour some orange juice into her cup and passed the carton to Marin.*
Bridgette: I do, but not total darkness. *She takes a bite of her waffle.* It's different.
Marin: Whatever you say. *Tom put a parsley stem on the omelet.*
Tom: There we go.
Marin: What's that, dad?
Tom: Something for your mother. It's an egg and cheese omelet, waffles with blackberries, strawberries, and banana slices, and a bagel with cream cheese.
