Garroth X Reader Shopping (P1)

Y/n pov:

I woke up to the sound of sword fighting happening outside. I got out of bed, and take a look outside only to see Garroth and Laurance having a spar. I groaned annoyed of the sound.

I got myself ready for the day, and to open my spot at the plaza. I sell Fruits, apples, oranges, bananas and etc. My shop is only simple, not many people buy my stuff. But they are some who would buy, and the money is enough for me to be fed and buy my necessities for a week.

I got out of my house, and waved at Garroth and Laurance. They waved back to me and continued they're sparring, sometimes I dont understand why they have to spar early in the morning.

And also garroth doesn't spar, so I wonder what made him spar with laurance. Oh well, I got to my stand and dispalyed my yesterdays fruits, some are already rotten so I throwed those away on my composed bin.

The day ended so quickly, and so was my fruits, today some travelers came and bought fruits from my stall, saying that they need those for they're journey. Ofcourse I was happy, thanks to them I have enough coins (minerals) to last 3 weeks.

While I was cleaning my stall, and end the day with a nice dinner and bath. Garroth came up to me.

"Garroth, what brings you here?" I asked waiting for him to say something back.

"Do you have anymore apples?" He said.

I shaked my head amd smiled sadly at him.

"Sorry garroth, all of my fruits are already sold out."

"Oh it's ok" He said.

I dont know why, but that made me sad. His reaction wasn't all that sad. But for me I feel like his sad and it made me sad too.

"Oh, Garroth tomorrow I will be heading out to an another village. There thats where I buy my fruits. If you like, you can come with me?"

Garroth smiled, but shaked his head.

"I can't Y/n, I can't leave my post." He said.

"Well, thats ok. Though I'm sure it wont hurt to have a one-day break right? Im sure Lord Aphmau would understand that" I said.

He thinked for a minute and nodded. "I'll ask for Lord Aphmau to help you with your shopping at the other village"

"Hehe, silly garroth you dont have to help me. I've done this a few times already, just you being there is ok. You need to relax and not think about work. Ok?" I said placing my hand on his shoulder.

He nodded and asked me when we will be going. I told him the time, then he waved goodbye at me going back to the gaurd house. I finished cleaning and packing things to the wagon for tomorrow. Then head back home, to have a nice dinner and a relaxing bath.
