a/n: hope you guys don't feel so confused at the change of pov, btw

Yuki was cleaning the tables outside while San disappeared at the back, probably out to smoke undoubtedly more than one cigarette, so Seonghwa was the one in charge to take the orders from the customers. A boy has entered their coffee shop and just stood at the entrance, looking at him for the entire 5 minutes, he noticed, but he didn't know how to react to it. Never knew how.

It's not rare to have boys falling for him as well, but he never cared anyway. So, he attended to the boy like any other customer with a poker face on. "Good evening, welcome to Frondescence Cafe. What can I get for you?"

The boy never stopped staring at him deeply, as if expecting something else, maybe. Seonghwa wasn't so sure but he was beginning to get bothered by it. Thankfully, the boy snapped out of his stare and stuttered at him. "U-um, can I have.. almond milk latte?"

Seonghwa nodded curtly as he taps his finger on the computer screen and added, "Is that all?"

"Y-yes."

"Alright, your order will be done in a few minutes. You may kindly wait at the table if you'd like." But the boy didn't move a foot from the counter, his eyes glued on him still. Seonghwa made sure to not overthink it even though he started to feel the creep from the boy, and proceeded to make the order. There were no new customers, so it's fine if the boy decided to just stand there and wait.

Though, even after his order was done and Seonghwa has given him his drink, the boy still stayed there, attached on the floor, staring at him with wide eyes- as if expecting something more. Seonghwa finally thought its time to ask what's wrong. "Do you want anything else or...?" He watched the boy inhale his breath deeply and paused. Before he could ask further, the boy opened his mouth and what came out from him surprised him. "Seonghwa, don't you remember me?"

He stared at the boy, super confused at him. "I'm sorry, but how did you know my name?" That was the first thing that came to his mind, and then the next was, "Why am I supposed to remember you?"

The look from the boy has completely changed. "Are you joking right now? Of course, you should remember who I am."

"I'm sorry, I don't remember you. Who are you, exactly?" As Seonghwa asked the question, he watched the boy look at the counter, so shocked that his mouth opened and closed because he didn't know what to say next, he assumed. The boy's eyes began watering and he started to panic, he didn't want other customers to see this. Before he could act on the situation, the boy grabbed his drink and rushed to leave the coffee shop.

"What just happened? Who is he?"

Seonghwa spun around to see San coming in from the back door, looking confused just as he is. He shrugged and told, "I have no idea. He looked like he knew who I am and asked why I don't remember him... It's strange." San opened his mouth again to say something when Seonghwa noticed it's started to raining heavily outside and saw the boy just stayed outside, drenched in rain. "Hyung, where are you going?" He felt his legs move suddenly to find his umbrella and went outside, ignoring San behind him. His body was moving on its accord and he found himself allowing it.

It was dead silent in Wooyoung's ears.

All the noises in the coffee shop he was in, the chatty voices of the customers inside, and the clanking sounds of glasses and cups has faded away. His chest tightened, making him hard to breathe when he left outside. His legs stopped just outside the cafe and he stared at the ground, trying to register what just happened. It didn't make any sense to him at all, he concluded.
