Dear Diary,
I ditched the school fair today, and I worked at the coffee shop for the afternoon. This morning I went for a walk down our street.
It's crazy how rude people can be in this world, a lot of people know my family, as the 'dirty' people, it's not like we were born in the dump, we are actual human beings and we have rights.
I would love to stand up, and crush all these losers. Imagine it. . .
Walking down the street on a normal day, people staring at you like your some criminal, they curse under their breath, and tell their little kids to stay away from us.
Why?
After dad left, something else happened
. . .
As you know, Kevin changed. A lot.
He was arrested for three months.
For vandalism.
.
Of course mum didn't have enough money to bail him out, that's another reason why people consider us so 'dirty'.
We're poor
. . .
After Kevin was released from jail, he didn't learn from his lesson, instead he grew worse, even more fierce.
It's scary really.
Watching your own brother, getting arrested, swearing and walking around with those big, scary gangs you've always wanted to keep away from.
But my brother considers those type of people 'family', he chooses them over his actual family.
Going back to the real story, walking through the street, with every one looking at me like I'm some demented freak, I found something that actually might put a difference to my life.
Something that could change it forever.
But it would be tough work.
That something was,
Love.
