I rushed to my house. "Ma'm you can't enter, this is a crime scene," a police officer said. He tried holding me back from my house. I looked around myself. Our little garden was burdened down and firemen were there, trampled on our flowers. People were gathering around us.

That's when I saw something, something on our front porch, blood. Dark like the flower Rose. Mrs. Stellifa's dog was outside barking. Mrs. Stellifa's house was on fire, not a big one though. But my dad, where is he? Our houses weren't separated.

The black air was making its way inside us. People gathering around me, speaking, whispering. "What happened here?"

" I heard someone died"

"Was the person burned down?!"

"Poor guy, I heard that he had a daughter"

People were pushing me further and further away. In the newspapers about the Dallas family, she killed her husband. Money is everything. She died, because of suicide.

"We never held contact after your mother's death, Elisabeth never held any contact with me." Maybe your dad never told you the whole truth? She took suicide, but why? She had money, she had power, and why did she cut off her contact with dad? Meet Alex, Elisabeth's assistant. They were close like sisters. Alex is her assistant, would she do everything to make Elisabeth happy. Even murder someone?

I was feeling dizzy, the voices in my head never stopped. My dad, dad! I pushed through the crowd. More police officers came to stop me.
"Please Ma'm you need to back off, this is a crime scene," a woman told me. Her sign on her blue uniform told me her name, Nitisha.

"No, you don't understand, that's my dad's house. He is in there!" I stuttered to her. "Let me in, please!" I shouted at them. The house was in front of me, yellow tape was around the front porch of Mrs. Stellifa's house.

A red ambulance car was standing on my right, some nurses sat down on a bed to take the injured in. The green grass under their feet was crushed with mud. Gusts of wind came and splashed my face with a sour, and uncomfortable smell going through my nostrils.

The policewoman took me to the ambulance "please stop shouting, it will make the coughing worse. Here take a mask" she said giving it to me.

I didn't even notice that I was coughing. The only thing I noticed was that my dad was in there, in the house. He needs me, my help.

"You don't understand please, let me in," I asked Nitisha. I shoved my mask away. "I'm... no one is in the house. The last dead body was transported to the hospital" she said with a sad face.

I don't know what this was, shock or sadness but my brain stopped working. The groceries that I was holding, touched the ground. Nitisha took them up and placed them inside the ambulance.

I looked around feeling tears falling down my cheek. My eyes were burning. That's when I saw Alex. She looked worried and shocked. Alex was still wearing her clothes from yesterday. I forgot, she slept over at our place yesterday.

Her white shirt had a few blood drops on it, dried out.  Alex's eyes were soaked in water and mascara. Her hair was a mess. Her hands were shaking like she did something she is already regretting. She tried covering it up with a black coat, then she sat in a black car and drove away.
"Hello miss, are you alright?"

"Someone, we need water"

"Take her away"

"She is going to faint"

I looked over at Nitisha still in shock. My mouth wide open, it felt so dry like I never had water in my whole life. "My dad, please dad. Mr. Allen" I whispered to her.
