Abbie's pov
My name is Abbie Davis, I am 18 years old. I am in my last year at college and then I am done. After that I am thinking about getting a job. Then I am thinking of going to university when I am maybe 20 or 21. That gives me a year or two to get everything sorted. I live with one of my best friends Caroline. But I want to move out soon because as much as I love living with her I don't want to be a burden. I have two other best friends Elena Gilbert and Bonnie Bennett. I love them so much. We do everything together. We all go to Mystic Falls college three blocks away from Mystic Falls High School, it is fun, I like it because the girls and I share dorms with each other. I know you do that in university but we do it here at college as well.
Elena found her mate already. Her mate is Matt Donovan. He is the typical school jock but he is really nice. Caroline found her mate Stefan Salvatore and Bonnie found her mate Enzo St. John. They are also nice and sweet. They treat me like their sister. I am so happy they found their soulmates but I can't help envy them sometimes. I wish I found my soulmate because I feel incomplete and lonely sometimes. The girls invite me to their dates sometimes but I feel like a third wheel sometimes. Apart from when they are on dates we spend time with each other all the time and hang out all the time.
On the topic of my mates, I have five. Yes I know five right? I don't know who any of them are though. Sometimes I feel a light sting if they are close but other than that nothing. On my left wrist, I have the initials R.M, K.M, E.M, N.M and F.M. I wish I knew who were they are. Well I will wait as long as it takes as long as I get to meet them because I do. But however long it takes, I'll be waiting for them.
Currently I was in bed trying to go back to bed. I had to get up for college, but I couldn't be bothered and I will get up in twenty minutes. I started going back to sleep, then my eyes started closing. I was almost asleep until I felt someone jump on me.
"Get up, get up, Abbie get up" Caroline said loudly
"Care, I love you but shut up and get off me" I said covering my face with a pillow
"Nope come on get up" Elena said smiling
"Abs time to get up babes" Bonnie said
"Five more minutes" I said
"Nope come on let's go" Elena said and snatched my cover off me
I was shivering, I am so cold.
"Give me back that damn cover" I said
"Nope get up sleeping beauty" Care said
"I am so damn cold" I said
"Get up and get dressed then" Bonnie said
They all laughed. I stayed still and pulled my dressing gown closer to me. It was silent and I was comfy until they all started hitting me with pillows round the head.
"Alright, alright damn I am up" I said sitting up
"I hate you guys so much" I said pouting
"No you don't, you love us" Bonnie said hugging me
"You love us so much" Elena said hugging me
"I think its safe today, your the laziest of all of us" Caroline said hugging me
"I love sleep, its important to me" I said
"Come on lazy bones, get ready" Elena said
"No I am picking your clothes today Abs" Care said
"Not today, we need to hurry up" I said
"Abs you promised yesterday" Care said
"Oh God, fine" I said
