Chapter 29 - E for Elegant

Bon Bon's pov

For the next few days leading up to the ball Abbie, has been sneaking out. We know she has been meeting her mates, but she has been really sneaky about it. Every time we bring it up about meeting them and seeing them she makes an excuse and changes the subject. Abbie didn't have any class today and the rest of us did. Jordan, the girls and I were sat in biology. Jordan was sat at the back and Care and Lena and I were sat at the front.

We have to be careful what we say because Jordan could here and we don't want him telling Abbie, we love Abbie. She is our best friend but we all know she is hiding something and it must be big if she has kept it a secret for such a long time. Lena tried compelling it out of her. But that didn't work as Abbie got vervain from somewhere probably from her mates. She was mad at us and said we had no right. Which is true and we said sorry and feel guilty but we just don't want to get hurt.

I have a feeling she is lying about her mates. But it can't be that bad right? Up until recently, we tell each other everything and even the boys but it just feels these secrets are separating us a little more. Even the boys have noticed and grown suspicious of her behavior. We followed Abbie once to see where she was going and when we went to confront her, she just disappeared. That's why we have planned something for us and Abbie and because we think it is important.

We all waited and finished our class and then we left. Jordan said he had work to do and needed to finish it so we let him. Care, Lena and I made our way out to the parking lot.

"What do you think she is hiding?" Care said

"Who knows?" Lena said

"Not us obviously" I said

She looks really sick.

"Did Klaus go and take blood again?" I said

"Yes" She said

"God, I can't wait to kill him" I said

"I know" Care said

"When did he take it?" I said

"When I was sleeping? I don't know. I can't remember." Lena said

"What does he want it for?" I said

"To make more hybrids so he can make an army of some sort" Lena said

"When we kill him, army no more" I said

The girls cheered.

We walked and saw Enzo, Stefan, Damon, Matt, Jeremy and Tyler. I ran up to Enzo and kissed him deeply. The girls kissed their mates and the others smiled at us.

"I missed you" I said

"I missed you too beautiful" He said in his hot British accent

"You are so attractive" I purred at him

"Am I?" He said smirking

"So are you, yet now I think, you are even hotter" He said

We kissed deeply and sweetly until someone coughed. We turned and saw the others staring.

"Done yet?" Damon smirked

"Yes, thanks to you" I said

"Where's Jordan?" He said

"Studying" Care said

"Oh, I will see him after" Damon said and smiled

"Someone clearly misses him" Lena teased

"Obviously" He said

"Are we sure about this?" I said

"Yes, we have no other choice" Stefan said
