HAYES POV: Im talking to my sister abt Meredith and all of a sudden Jo comes in and starts yelling at me abt how Grey is awake and how they have been paging me for hours and how she wanted to talk to me and be nice to me but now shes gonna be mean to me bc I didnt answer her pages and how someone had to come find me to talk to her... Hold on Jo did you just say Greys awake Jo: Yes I said your gf Meredith Grey is awake ME: Jo: me and you both know that shes not my gf Jo: Oh shes not remeber how you yelled at me abt how she was just laughing and talking to u and now shes on a vent .... Hayes: Ok I was pissed bc one of my favorite people were just laughing and talking with me then we had to put her on a vent but even if she wasn't talking I was talking to her everytime I wasn't doing anything I would go to her room and talk to her and I just like to think that she heard me... Jo: Aww Hayes you talked to her every chance you got thats cute but if roles were reversed I feel Mer would do the same for you (oh and you didn't hear this from me but she hasn't smiled like that since Derek so im thinking she likes you) but you wont know till u go up there and talk to her... IRENE: Jo what type of surgeon is Dr.Grey.. Jo:Oh Mer shes a General surgeon why? Irene: Omg Hayes thats the General Surgeon that you tell Liam and Austin abt and the one you smile when you talk abt... Hayes: Oh yea thats the one... Jo: Oh also Irene thats the General surgeon that lets the pediatric surgeon scrub in on all of her surgeries even tho half of them arent peds cases oh and your brother is the pediatric surgeon who lets the geneal surgeon scrub in on all of his surgeries even if they arent general surgery cases...
IRENES POV: (My brother left the room already) Jo can you umm show me a picture of Meredith and also can you tell me what shes like?.... Jo: Oh yea ofc let me get my fav picture of Meredith...

IRENE: If you dont mind but yes she is super pretty I can see why thats you favorite picture.
JO: Oh I dont really mind I will get one from where she was talking to your brother or another one .

This is the one I took while they were standing next to eachother just to have when they say they didnt have feelings for eachother but this was when they saved one of their patients together oh and you asked what Meredith was like well shes really Hardcore and may seem mean by first glance but once get know her shes really sweet and nice and would do anything for you oh and she can really party also when you become friends with her you become her family so that means if it means risking her life to save yours she'll do it shes done it many times for a lot of people at this hospital umm shes the best at her job shes our cheif of general surgery she claims she dark and twisty which she is most of the time but her kids and hayes bring out the best in her people make her smile but when she talks or sees hayes she smiles the biggest its really is from ear to ear what else to do you wanna know abt Meredith Grey? IRENE: Umm who are her bestfriends here
