Ok so lets skip to the point where Mer has Covid and she didn't get to talk to Hayes about it but they are abt to take her off the vent. Hayes Pov- I was in my sister Irene's room and we were talking about the boys when Dr.Bailey walked in the room and told me to step outside to talk to her about something Bailey's Pov- I was told by Hunt when Meredith woke up to tell Hayes so that he could talk to her because even tho she wasnt in the room people would see him go in there and talk to her everyday but I hear all the gossip about Grey and Hayes but I never seen it so I went to Hayes sister hospital room because thats where he is mostly and I called him outside and said "Hey Hayes umm Dr.Hunt told me to umm tell you ok don't freak out but Grey is awake and we all know you talked to her all the time so we just wanted to tell you if you wanted to see her and talk to her" Hayes Pov- Wait Dr.Bailey did you say Grey was awake and yea I did talk to her when did she wake up.. B- "She woke up yesterday but we wanted to give her sometime to recover from being on the vent so go see her when you get the chance ok" H-"Ok thanks Dr.Bailey and thanks for telling me" B-"Hayes you can call me Bailey you're family your apart of the Grey family so you can call me Bailey and ofc I would tell you shes your favorite person here" H-"Wait im apart of the Grey family and what is the grey family" B- "Hayes you have a lot to learn but the Grey family is Meredith Grey's people her family me and Richard aren't her real parents but she puts me as her real mom because ive been with her since she was an intern and Richard has known her since she was 5 he's been more a dad than her real dad and ive been more of a mom to her than her real mom and she has her 4 sisters Lexie,Maggie,Ameila and Cristina well lexie died so no but the other 3 then she has her brothers Alex,Jackson,Link,George,Mark,Owen,Tom she has a lot of people in the Grey family and you've made it in it so your so lucky she likes you Meanwhile Bailey went to go ask people about Grey and Hayes Jo's Pov- I was in the Nic-U and Bailey walked in there and asked me if I knew anything about Mer and Hayes so I told her "Umm they flirt a lot they also scrub in on every surgery together im positive Hayes likes Mer or has a big crush on her oh im also positive Mer has a crush on him two shes so nice to him and do you remeber how she hated me for 2 years but she also didn't like him at first but now they have this thing, Hayes also yelled at me and said "Grey was laughing and Joking and a few hours later shes on a vent this is not the time to play with rules that keep our patients safe" but that's all I know B- Thanks Wilson I will ask around some more J- If you want some more infornmation ask Ameila she was there with them for the most part B- Thanks will do Ameila's Pov- I just got a call from Dr.Bailey and she asked me if I knew anything about Mer and the peds doctor and I told her the only thing ive seen from them was when me and Mer was in the attendings loundge talking about Link and Hayes came in there and he was helping me tie my shoe because I was pregant with Scout and umm Mer was looking at us like she was jelous then hayes said "Dr.Grey Morning" then Mer was like "Hello" and then they were talking about coffee then when he left I said that is a very well wrapped gift but that's all I know but she seemed happier and closest to him B- Thanks Ameila A- Your Welcome Bailey but if you want some more infornmation about them ask Maggie shes been in the Covid Ward or even Jackson B- Bye Ameila A-Bye Bailey Bailey's Pov- Grey has been happier I can tell and what everyone is telling me it sounds like they like eachother so I will ask Maggie and look around their offices for anything I know thats and invasion of their privacy but I need to know if they wont tell me but it really looked like Hayes liked her when I told him Grey was up and off the Vent but before I ask Maggie im going to look in their offices.
(Keep in mind Mer still has those pictures of them in her office along with other things of his like his hoodie and things)
Bailey's Pov- The first thing I see when I walk in Meredith's office is a few pictures of me and her some of her Lexie,Jackson,April,Cristina and Alex also some of her and Richard its just a lot of pictures of her and everyone but things that catch my eye is that she has this whole section of pictures with her and Hayes right above it says "Pictures that Jo took of us for memories I guess" then Jo had to add on the wall "MerHayes is real just look at it they're cute right"

(Imagine this is what the wall looks like) Bailey- I guess I found my evidence they like eachother I will just ask Maggie so I can get more deatils but Im gonna look around and see what else I can find in here then I'll go to Hayes office but just my luck before I left Greys office I saw a Black and White Hoodie that looked way to big to be Meredith's so I smelled it just like Hayes mixed with Meredith but I really don't know how he smells so im gonna go look around one more time just to see if I can find something more before I leave and look I found this note it looked like Meredith's handwriting and it said "Hey Hayes your sister is gonna be fine just get your favorite thing you know where it is and just look at it for however long because after this im not letting you touch it for a while" and im just gonna look a the thing the note was on and im guessing this was his favorite things these pictures of everyone at the hospital.. This proves my point they like eachother im not gonna even go imto Hayes office im gonna go talk to Maggie or Jackson about them then make my way to the covid floor Didn't proof read so sorry but I just wanted to update yall because I haven't in 6 days
