The next day - 10:30 am

OK ALSO I HAVE TO SAY CORMAC DIDN'T FREAK OUT AS MUCH AS I THOUGHT OF WHEN WRITING THIS BUT IN THE END I HAVE TO SAY THE KINDA DO GET TOGETHER ANYWAYS STORY TIME..

C- I wake up to a unfamilier room with a body next to me sleeping peacefully. Then I realize as all the memories come flooding back I had sex with Meredith omg I feel so bad. But I remeber Abigail told me it's okay to fall in love again and Meredith knows that shes my first but she also knows how to deal with this. And I promised her that I wouldn't run. So I just keep calm till she wakes up and end up running through her hair.

M- I wake up to someone running their fingers through my hair but then I smell them and Immediately realize it's Cormac so I just take it all in while I can because I know it's gonna be a long day. Idc because if it means being with him then I'll take that chance.

M - Meredith  C - Cormac

Convo : M - Goodmorning (she said as she smiled). C - Goodmorning Meredith god you smell good (HE SAYS FLASHING A SMILE) . M- (SHE SAYS GIGGLING) You're not to bad yourself but real question is how are you? Or how are you taking all of this?
C - Umm to be honest im okay but just thinking.. M- Well what are you thinking about?  C- How did you meet Derek and how long were you guys together before he died? M- Oh god this is a really long story. C- Im all ears. M- Ok but next I wanna hear the same thing from you. C- Thats only fair.

Flashback - 2005 Emerald City Bar (Joes)
J- Joe (bar owner) M- Meredith D- Derek
J: Straight Tequila? Really? You are going to be sorry in the morning. M: I'm always sorry in the morning. But tomorrow I start my first day at work, so keep them coming. D: (to Joe) How you doing? Double scotch, single malt please. (to Meredith) So is this a good place to hang out? M: I wouldn't know, I've never been here before. D: Oh well you know what, I haven't either. First time in town. I'm new in town. First time in Seattle. I got a job so... Ah you're ignoring me. M: I'm trying to. DEREK: You shouldn't ignore me. M: Why not? D: Because I'm someone you need to get to know to love. M: So if I know you, I'll love you? D: Oh yes. M: You really like yourself, huh? D: Just hiding my pain. So what's your story? M: I don't have a story. I'm just a girl in a bar. D: I'm just a guy in a bar.
End of flashback

M- I was a intern and he was my attending but I didn't know he was my attending to be honest I forgot his name. Cristina knew I was sleeping with him which was like so against the rules but she was doing to too anyways. Cristina only knew and I would always tell him he was my attending and I was his intern and that we couldn't exist. But ok so my friend Izzie or as Cristina called her Dr.Model through a party at my house which at the time I didn't think was a big party because it was only supposed to be a little meet boyfriend get together thing but it turned out to be a big party which frankly the whole hospital was invited to anyways. I got drunk well Cristina George and I got drunk, played games then I went outside and started dancing with the tequila bottle. Then Derek was leaning up against his car and he said "you know in some states you can get arrested for that, so you blew me off for a bottle of tequila it's no good for you definitely not a good thing to wake up too
(I got to lazy to write the rest but anyway yall know what else happened in 1x05 also we kinda skipping through the whole love story)

C- That was a lot but he sounded like a great guy and yall had a great family. M- Thank you i'm sure u and Abigail had a great run too, you never told me how yall met. C- We did and i'm pretty sure I never actually told anybody. M- Well are you gonna tell me? C-Yea, We met at a medical confrence like this she was a hostess and well I was me. (MEREDITH CHUCKLES) C- We fell in love and like a year later we got married and had 2 boys named Liam and Austin. M- That was cute ya'll relationship while it lasted.

*JUST LAYING IN COMFORTABLE SILENCE*

Cormac - Meredith?
Meredith - Yea wait are you ok?
Cormac - I'm ok just I wanted to say thank you for doing this and being here for me.
Meredith - You don't have to thank me. I just wanted you to be okay and just trust me just to do things with you.
Cormac - You're perfect.
Meredith - Far from it average if I do say myself.
Cormac - Perfect to me .
*Meredith kisses him not hard but soft and slow*
