Jo's Pov- Hey Mer calm down I just wanted to see if the rumors were true that Hayes kissed you in the middle of the corridor after you yelled at him at the top of your lungs bc you were pissed at him
Meredith's Pov- Yea Jo it's true do you need me to do a consult on this patient or what?
Jo's Pov- Oh no this is Hayes sister and I just wanted her to see you and hear that come out of your mouth that the General Surgeon that her brother is pinning for is right here talking to me
Meredith's Pov- He's pinning for me that's not the point and oh your hayes sister that they talk about all the time wait I have to go Hayes is paging me 911 I'll be back
Irene's Pov- She seems nice and sweet but hardcore like you said
Jo's Pov- Yea Mer is Mer she has a lot to do but Mer wouldn't no one unless they hurt her first
Meredith's Pov- Why is Hayes paging me 911 to the peds floor but now that I think about it room 1502 isn't a patient room anymore so why is he paging me her.
Irene's Pov- Oh Jo why do you call Dr.Grey Mer is that what everyone calls her or isit just something you came up with for her?
Jo's Pov- Oh no everyone calls her Mer or Grey but everyone who worked or works here has a nickname do you want to know them?
Irene's Pov- Yea ofc this should be fun
Jo's pov- ok so you know Meredith's = Mer or big grey Alex = evilspawn Me = Princess Hayes= Mcwidow Derek= Mcdreamy Mark= Mcsteamy April= Virgin Mary Lexie = Little Grey Izzie = Dr.Model Jackson = pretty boy

Irene's Pov - No if you don't want to you don't have to because I get it everyone has more than one nickname their nicknames are super cute everyones im guessing everyones nickname has a meaning behind it because I think everyone in this hospital has a nickname and its alot of people in this hospital
