I laughed, I was so happy, he was back!!
“Lason!!” I shouted “I should have known!!” My face was getting numb from smiling.
“Anastasia” He jumped down and nodded smiling, I couldn't help but hug him, he was supposed to be back weeks ago.
That's when I notices his burns and scratches, and I took a step back.
“What happened?? How come you're not healing???” I asked the smile on my face fading, he was the freaking PRINCE, of healing and yet he was more beat up then hes ever been.
He gave a little shrug.
“Dwarfs up north..they switched sides. They sure kept me occupied, put blasted gold in their weapons!” He sighed “Couldn't heal myself and still struggling with it”
I frowned.
“How did you get the apples?”
We both looked up at the tree.
“Simple really, found the seed and planted it, took a lot of energy without water or sun, but with a little enchantment few weeks later”
“That's genius!”
He smirked “I guess, now lets head back to camp, I have some more news to share”
