⚠️TRIGGER WARNING: FIRE & DEATH⚠️

Harry Styles

Louis looked me as confused as he was. 'I don't understand Harry, mindgames?' Louis asked. 'Elizabeth made me think things that weren't actually happening.' I said. Louis looked at me like I was crazy.

'Never mind Louis.' I said as I sat down next to him again. I wondered how she played my mind so well. It looked so real, it really felt like the officers were going to shoot me, like I was some weird psychopath. Actually I've always felt like a psychopath. Kids at primary school always let me think that. They used to bully me cause of my mental problems. Happily my grams, also known as my grandma, always knew how to make me smile again.

She always made a cup of tea and gave me a chocolate chip cookie. I miss the good old times. The times were she wasn't gone yet... I miss her with my entire heart. I don't like talking about my grams, every time I talk about her I just tear up or change the subject.

Me and Louis looked at Leah while waiting for her to wake up, this could take a while and the doctor said we had to call him when she wakes up. 'I hope she will be totally fine again.' I said. Louis looked at me and said: 'She will, I promise.' I smiled at him and he smiled back. I didn't want to lose Leah like I lost my grams.

My grandmother had died in a huge accident...

No perspective

It was a late Saturday evening in 2016, Harry was only twelve years old. It started off like always. Harry sat next to his grandmother while watching a movie. The little boy fell asleep. His grandmother woke him up and said: 'Shall I bring you to bed darling?' She smiled at him while he nodded and rubbed his eyes.

They arrived upstairs in Harry's room. The boy laid down in bed as his grandmother kissed him on his forehead and said: 'Sleep well my angel.' Harry smiled and said: 'Sleep well grams.'

If they only knew what would happen....

The old woman left the room and walked towards the kitchen. She looked outside and smiled.

The woman was tired and wanted to go to bed. She blew out the candles in the kitchen. She moved her head and blew out five candles. There was only one left now.

She moved her head close to the candle to blow it out. She stepped a bit forward but slid and fell on the ground. Her arm had touched the candle, it also fell on the ground. The little flame of the candle touched the ground. The ground immediately started burning.

The old woman was desperate. She had no idea what to do. She couldn't stand up, the pain was to much.

'Harry...' she said in fear. The grandmother realized her grandson was still upstairs. She started screaming: 'Harry!! Harry!!' She tried the wake him up as fast as she could. Her eyes filled with tears, she couldn't lose her only grandson.

The fire spread pretty fast. The little boy woke up. He heard his grams screaming. He ran downstairs where he saw the smoke.

'Grams!' He yelled. 'I'm in the kitchen!' He heard her saying. He ran towards her voice. He saw his grandmother laying in the middle of the fire. 'Run Harry! Leave the house now!' The grandmother screamed. 'But I can't leave you here!' The boy yelled back. His eyes filled with tears and so did his grandma's.

He ran towards his grandmother trying to help her up, but it was impossible. The boy started coughing cause of the smoke.

'Leave now Harry!' The woman screamed. Harry hesitated. 'Now!' She screamed again. Harry ran away and before he was gone he said: 'I love you grams.' None answered, it was to late.

His grandmother had fainted already and she passed away only some minutes later.

Harry knew and left the house. He called 911 as the ambulances and firefighters came as fast as they could. They reached the house, yet nothing was still left of it.

Harry looked at his burned house, the ambulances were taking his grandmother away. 'We're sorry little boy, anything we can do for you?' They asked. 'No thank you.' The boy said.

The emergency services left as the boy was now standing alone. He had no place to sleep, no one to go to.

He was just alone.
