PART 34
MEGS P.O.V
TWO YEARS LATER
"I don't care." I sigh, walking out of Olah's room after putting her down in bed for the night.
"Megs, I know you do. I'm sorry." Niall groans, pushing off the wall and following me into the kitchen.
Picking up a cloth, I wipe down the counter where the remains of Niall's spilt bear has been left.
"You're allowed to have some drinks, you're allowed to go out with the lads and your friends. I don't care." I huff, throwing the dirty cloth into the sink. "But it's not ok when you arrive home off your head at half three in the morning with our three year old child in bed wondering where her father has been all day and night." I sighed again looking at him, his dirty blond hair still messy.
"I know I'm sorry."
"But you're not though Niall!" I laugh ironically, lifting my hand to my forehead as my head begins to throb. "I don't know what's wrong but you said that last time, which I need to remind you was only last week."
"I'm sorry."
"You know how I feel about immoderate drinking and coming home drunk." I continued, flashbacks of my dad coming home late completely drunk rush to my head taking over my thoughts for a second.
"Meg, I'm sorry."
"Would you just shut up with that?" I scream, slamming my palm against the wooden counter. "Cause you aren't fucking sorry. Everything you're doing is entirely the same as what my farther did to my mum and I when I was Olah's age. Coming home late displeasing loud and waking us up! Olah wakes up crying and you don't even care because your always to bloody fucking drunk to."
"Meg, for fucks sake I'm fucking sorry!" I can tell that he's getting frustrated now. Good, he can tell I'm serious about it this time. "I won't do it again, I promise."
"I want to believe you, but I'm not sure if I can do that after the same promises you promise me over and over again from the last four weeks."
"I'll show you princess, I'm not like what your dad was like." I turn not at his words, but at the sound of Olah's cries.
I walk into her room with shaking hands from the adrenalin still in my system from my argument with him.
"Ma, where's daddy?" She asks with pleading eyes.
I hear the sound of the water in the shower start to run and thank god because whenever he drinks I hate the stench of the liquor on him.
"Come on My little princess how bout we go down stairs to the living room and watch frozen." I smile at the little girl before me.
She nodded excited as ever as we made our way to the living room, placing ourselves onto the Sofa with a cup of tea for me and a carton of juice for herself.
This was out daily routine. Get up, have breakfast, shower, clean the house, play with Olah, feed her, sleep and then Niall come home sober or drunk relying on how 'stressed' he is with work.
I can't say that I don't like it but it does annoys me that Niall's not able to see Olah grow up properly.

NIALLS P.O.V
I'm just saying that some time at home might help out." She asks, sighing as she turns the volume of the TV down in our bedroom.
"I can't just take time off work Meg. My job requires a shit load of attention." She looks over at me, the only light coming from the TV and the dim street lights outside.
"But you're only there from eight till five and management promised that you could be home with Olah and I but I guess not, you'd rather got to the pup from five onwards to whenever you feel like coming home because you had a hard day. Do you ever think about how I feel about not being able to leave the house alone to go out with Alice and Rosie for a night out? Or how Olah's growing up hardly seeing her dad? "She says, getting under the cover when some cold remark exits out through my mouth.
