~idk why im suddenly being active but here i am, anyways enjoy the chapter, luv you all to the moon and back <33 i'm imagining luka looking like that in college now
Marinette woke up with the sunlight warming her face while Adrien cuddled her and warmed her body. He wasn't awake just yet so she laid there and enjoyed the time they had together. Winter break was starting next week so she needed to get the dance at least started and a draft of it. She slowly but surely started peeling Adrien off of her and stirred him awake on accident. Adrien had most of his classes in the afternoon while Marinette had most of hers in the morning.
"Just stay for fifteen more minutes, Mari. You know you don't want to go either." Adrien pleaded, holding her closer.
"You know I have to Adrien, this class is a big part of my overall performance in the arts department. Now let me get ready for class." Marinette said finally, she led herself into the bathroom taking a quick shower. "Hey, I told Luka to pick me up at our dorm. Is that alright, he should be here sometime soon." Marinette shouted over the hair dryer. Adrien felt like he recognized that name but couldn't put his finger on it.
"Yeah, sounds good. I should start getting up and about too. I have a paper due before break and I haven't even started it. I can't believe my teachers would be so harsh to this pretty face." Adrien joked, giving her a pouty face as she exited the bathroom.
"Aww, because who could resist that pretty face." She said, squishing his face while walking to her closet. She picked out a white mini-skirt and a light pink tank top with pok-a-dots. Marinette quickly threw her outfit out with some white tennis shoes. Knock Knock.
"Coming, One second." Marinette said, grabbing her phone off the charger, and her tote off the hook next to the door. She opened it and there stood the grown up version of Luka. His hair was still dyed and he still had his warm smile. Marinette was more then happy that she was paired with Luka, and was ready to get an A on this project. "Well, let's go shall we. I was thinking we could stop by the bakery near the art department on the way to class. I haven't had breakfast yet. You can come in while I try and find my wallet."
"Oh yeah, haha, thanks. Oh hey, Adrien right? We haven't been able to properly meet before this. I'm Luka, Luka Couffaine." Luka explained. "I'm your goofy girlfriend's dance partner."
"Hey! You said I was improving you idiot. I got all my stuff, let's head out. Bye Adrien, I'll see you when I get home!" Marinette shouted as the door closed. He could hear her giggling all the way down the hall. What could he have said that could have made her laugh like that? Why are they going to the cafe together, just get to class! Ugh, this made Adrien annoyed like no other. But he needed to give her space, and if this is what she wanted then that's what she can have.
~~~~~~~~~~~in class~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Okay so I'm thinking for the last move you spin me and then I just drop because the whole meaning of the dance was to show how emotionless some people can be." Marinette explains, looking at her computer and then the paper they had laid out before them.
"That sounds good, I love the way this dance has come together. I'm glad I got to do it with you." Luka says, rolling the paper up with their costume designs on it. "I'm going to go turn our costumes in because they're due today, I have to leave after that so don't wait on me!" Luka said, heading up to the teacher's stand.
~how do we like this whole luka, mari thing going on here? idk if i like it or not but i do know that its getting juicy
