"Marinette could you take the robe off?" The photographer asked after a couple shots. "It's just we're trying to promote the clothes not hide them." Marinette slipped the robe off as it slid off her shoulders. She walked back to Adrien with her head down, she sat on his lap and started posing. Marinette looked up at him during a pose and his face was beat red.

"Oh Adrien I didn't know you were feeling ill. We can postpone this part." Marinette said starting to get up.

"Wait no." Adrien said grabbing around Marinette's waist. Her face went bright red as he untangled his arms from around. "I didn't mean to." He got up tripping over a wire. The light flash in his eyes and he took Marinette down with him. A bucket landing on his head too.

"Oh Adrien, haha, are you okay?" Marinette asked, lifting the bucket off his head.

"Yep, I'm all good. I'm sorry it's just we haven't been this close physically with each other since the last time we dated." Adrien apologized, helping Marinette up. Even being tackled her hair and face still looked flawless, she looked flawless. His heart definitely skipped a beat. "I'm sorry sir, let me go get fixed up and we can continue the shoot."

"Oh I got all the shots I need. You two fooling around came out better then the actual rest of the shoot." The cameraman said relaxed. He showed them all the shots.

"My favorite is me lifting the bucket of your head, no doubt." Marinette said, giving him a kiss. Adrien's face absolutely lit up but he tried to play it off. She just shook her head.

-------> time skip to when they're back in Marinette's room

"That was so much fun! I haven't felt that alive since our graduation party back at the bakery." Marinette said, hanging up her jacket. Adrien stayed silent looking at his phone. She was worried all of a sudden and hugged behind him looking at his phone. The message read, "Hi Adrien, we would like you to meet with your father soon. He needs to see your work." Tears were gathering in Adrien's eyes. His heart felt like it was being stabbed over and over every time he read the message again. At some point his legs gave out and so did he. Huge painful sobs echoed out of his chest. It hurt Marinette that this was hurting him so much.

"I'm so sorry you have to see me like this." Adrien said, holding himself. Immediately she sunk down next to him and held him close. His sobs shook his whole body.

"I'm so sorry that you don't think you can break down in front of me." Marinette said, running her hands through his golden hair. After a minute he finally calmed down and his eyes were puffy. She helped him to her bed. He sank into the sheets and pulled the covers over his head. After she slipped into bed next to him as he fell asleep.

"Don't leave me, please. I didn't mean for her to leave, I swear." Adrien mumbled through his sleep. Marinette remembered the exact dream he was having. He told her about it when they were dating previously. It pained her that they were still happening. She held him even closer as his tears sank into her shirt.
