“and tell me again why I am the one being grounded?” Ziggy asked Charlie who practically locked her out of the house, Ziggy stood on the front step with her hands on her hips.
“you really think a locked door will keep me out.” Ziggy said walking around the side of the house and opening the window that was never locked and climbed threw and stood in front of charlie.
“of course you'd come threw the window.” Charlie mumbled making Ziggy smile.
“have you forgotten dad.. I know everything about this house and I just wanted to check to make sure your okay.” Ziggy said finally happy to be able to stand in front of her father and not fear that she may kill him.
“well I'm disappointed..” Charlie said as Ziggy sat in the armchair in the living room, her favorite place to sit and read a book.
“yeah I hate that word .. look, I am sorry that Bella ended up living forks to save edward .. but dad nothing could stop her once she knew that edward was in trouble, she wasn't staying here any longer.. Jacob tried everything to get her to stay ..” Ziggy said.
“i just never expected my daughter to lie to me, travel to some place where I didn't even know about.. and be in a room full of dangerous and evil vampires.” Charlie said looking at Ziggy who knew it must of been scary especially seeing that chance that bella could be turned and he would've lost everything, he already couldn't save Ziggy, Bella didn't deserve to go threw this so early in her life.. Charlie was starting to see what Carlisle meant when he said ‘being a vampire wasn't a luxury.”
“dad.. edward and Alice would never let anyone hurt her, what I have been told, Bella was really brave and it's very obvious that she loves Edward and in a way I am proud of her for protecting most of the Cullen's, she risked her life to save Edward even I couldn't do that.” Ziggy said. Charlie sighed as he gulped the last drop of his beer.
Ziggy grabbed another beer from the fridge and was placed in charlie's hand before he could blink an eye. “okay, we agreed to not do that in the house.”
“it's so much quicker than human walking.” Ziggy said making Charlie chuckle.
“here she is..” Ziggy said hearing Bella getting out of Edward's car.
“oh great! she can finally stop sneaking out of the house all the time.” Charlie said.
“loosen up grandpa.. maybe you need a woman to make you less tense.” Ziggy said making Charlie shake his head.
