part 7 - 'She got what she deserved'

'ASHLEY! Dana is here,' Beth yells at me. I grab my handbag and then walk to the front door. Dana is standing there in a smoking. 'Wow... You look beautiful,' Dana says to me. I'm wearing a short dark green dress, red heels, and around my waist I have a belt in the same colour as my shoes. 'Thanks babe,' I say, and then Dana gives me his hand. Together we walk to the taxi that's already waiting outside. 'So, will you finally tell me where you're taking me to,' I ask him when we sit in the taxi. 'Nope. I'll only tell you one thing, the other boys, Lori, Coco, Megan and Patricia are there too.' 'Oh come on, tell me!' 'Or else?' 'Or else... I won't kiss you the whole night!.' I giggle because of what I said. 'Oh, in that case I'll tell you. I can't live without your kisses.' He smiles, gets closer, and presses his lips against mine. 'We're going to a party at XIX, to celebrate that we, IM5, got signed by XIX.' 'Seriously? That's amazing!'

We arrive at the building of XIX. At the entrance Coco, Will, Lori, Cole, Patricia, Gabe, Dalton and a girl with brown I don't know are talking. 'Hi guys,' I say. We all hug each other, give each other kisses, you know what I mean right? When we're done with greeting each other, we go in, all in pairs; Coco with Will, Lori with Cole, Patricia with Gabe, Dalton with the girl with brown hair, that's called Madison (but we may say Madi) and behind them all, Dana and I. In the XIX building there are several tables with snacks and drinks. Also, there are benches, all over the place. The boys take us to a place with a few benches, and we all sit down. 'HEY, WHERE'S MEGAN?' I have to scream, because the music is really loud. Coco and Lori look to each other. 'COME WITH US,' Lori screams. I follow them to the bathroom. 'Megan didn't come, because she's mad,' Lori says. 'At who,' I ask. 'At all of us. She's jealous because we all have a boyfriend, and she got kinda rejected by Dalton,' Coco says. 'Oh poor thing... But why is she mad at all of us? I mean, she can be mad at Dalton, but why all of us?' Coco and Lori shrug their shoulders. 'You know what, I'm gonna call her, and ask if she wants to come,' I say. I get my phone out of my handbag, and call Megan. 'What,' Megan asks when she picks up. 'Hi Megan, it's Ashley. Where you at,' I ask. 'I'm in bed, watching movies. I'm now watching Love Actually. They all love each other, and kiss, and are happy. Great right,' she says sarcastic. 'Megan, please don't do that.' 'Don't do what?' 'Watch movies that make you feel even worse. I have a better idea. Why don't you get dressed nice, and come to the party at XIX?' 'To see Dalton kiss the whole night with this Madison girl? No thank you.' 'Oh come on, we're just gonna have fun.' 'You don't seem to really get it right? I got rejected and feel terrible. I don't feel like doing anything with y'all.' 'Babe, why you so mad at us? What did we do wrong?' 'Well get in a relationship and just forget about me. I'm so done with you guys.' Then she hangs up. 'She hung up,' I say. 'Give her some time, we're just gonna have some fun tonight, and be with our amazing boyfriends,' Lori says.

When we come back from the bathrooms the DJ's talking in the microphone. 'This one's for all the lovers in here,' he says. Then 'My Heart Will Go On' by Celine Dion starts to play. Dana walks up to me. 'May I have this dance beautiful?' 'Ofcourse.'

The song ends, and Dana and I kiss. When I look around, I see Coco and Will hugging, Patricia and Gabe hugging, Lori and Cole kissing, and Madison and Dalton kissing. 'Remember when we watched Titanic together,' Dana asks me. 'Ofcourse I do! That was the best date ever,' I say. 'I love you Ashley.' 'I love you too Dana.' We hug each other, and then another song starts to play. We all get back to the benches. 'Who wants some punch,' Madison asks. Everyone wants some, so Madison, Dalton, Dana and I walk to the table with all the snakcs and drinks. Suddenly I see Megan. She's wearing a grey hoodie, her converse and sweatpants. 'Hey Megan! I'm so glad you came! But why are you wearing that?' 'Oh I'll be gone in a minute, just gotta do one thing,' she says, and then walks to Madison, Dalton and Dana. I think I know what's she's up to, so I run after her, but then I fall, because I forget I can't run with heels. Dalton and Dana come to me to help me. I see Megan get the whole bowl of punch in her hands, and topples it over Madison's head. I manage to get up and run to Megan. I pull the bowl out of her hands, put it on the table and push Megan away. 'Are you nuts? Why did you do that?!' 'She got what she deserved,' Megan says, and then runs away. 'Oh my gosh, come with me, let's get this out of your clothes,' I say to Madison, and then walk with her to the bathroom.

'Thank you for helping Ashley, that was really sweet,' Madison says. 'Don't worry, it's the least I could do. I'm so sorry for what Megan did... I still can't believe what she did,' I say apologizing. 'It's not your fault, you're not the reason I have punch in my hair,' Madison says. We laugh. 'I think this is all I can do for you. At least it's not in your hair anymore,' I say. 'It's okay, I won't stay long, so when I'm home I'll take a shower,' she says. She hugs me. 'Thank you Ashley, you're the best.' Then we go back to the rest of the group. 'What was that all about,' Dana asks. 'Long story, I'll tell you later,' I say. 'I just got a text message of Eben, we gotta go,' Gabe says mysterious. The boys seem to know what Gabe's talking about. And without saying anything, they walk away.
