A/N: Hello stangers, its 2013, and i have a feeling this year is going to be good! with the final ten coming out in a month and this book will be completed two, and there WILL be a sequel, just incase you were wondering. Im really excited as have some great chapters planned.. enjoy!

Facing Rob in court make me feel sick. He was going to twist things around. I knew it. If it wasnt for Ryan by my side i would of ran. But he kept me put, and here i was staring at this evil man. It had got to the point where we found out if Rob was guilty or not guilty. But before that Rob could tell his view of the "incident" and the jury called it.

"Mr Herb, please give us your sotry of what happened on the 2nd of January 2013" The Lawyer said, as Rob nodded his head, confidently.

"Well, Mrs, i believed that little Lucy took this the wrong way. I woke up wednesday morning, and decided to pay her a visit, since she is my step-sons girlfriend, and we had gotten quite close, like she is with my wife and step-daughter. I went round to her house but no-one was in, so i decided to go up the town and have a browse around. After being up there for about an hour, i decided to go back home, but as i walked into the car park, i saw lucy get out of her car, but she didnt see me so i decided to wait by her car, and when she came back, she unlocked her car before she reached it, so i could slip in and suprise her. The rest of the story was all lies, Lucy just made it up that i was trying tp split her and her boyfriend up" He finished

"We have also got proof that you have sent her threatening texts" My lawyer said

"I-I- erm, well i didnt mean it like that..." Yes! We caught him on a week point!

"Your time is up, Mr Herb, we will now here from the Jury"

"Thank you, we have found Robert Herb............" There was a long wait. "Guilty" And from that point on, i was the happiest woman in the world. A smile crept up my cheeks and Rob hung his head in shame. Even Miranda looked happy. No change there though!

A:N/ Im sorry i have no idea what happens in court! Oh well, just go with it ahah! I will start updating again soon though because christmas is over :( 1 MONTH TILL THE FINAL TEN! Random dedication ahah :)
