🌸Chapter 5: Flower Play Date🌸

Hey, not a disclaimer or anything, just here yo say at some point in the chapter I got really lazy and summarized the mini info dump. I hope that's ok and that you're also enjoying the story as well! Leave some comments too!

       Four days have passed and it's time for Izuru's and Nagito's play date. Izuru for some reason is nervous?! Izuru wasn't a normal kid so he didn't really know what kids did on play dates, besides play with toys. Maybe they were too old for play dates?

        "Onii~san?". "Yes Hajime?". "Could you play with me and Chia before you go on your date?" He asks his brother. "Yeah— wait my what?". Hajime giggles, "Nothing". Izuru glares at him, "Hajime". With that, Hajime starts running to his room, giggling with Izuru chasing after him.

          "Come back here!" Izuru yelled down the hallway. "Nuh! You have to catch me onii~san!". The two brothers run down the hallways of the castle. Their maids giggled as they hadn't seen the prince doing something childish since their parents died.

         Hajime quickly opens the door, runs in with Izuru running behind him. Hajime closes the door after Izuru runs in, "I got him Chia!". "Wait what?". Chiaki is sitting at a mini table with the tips of her hands together, "Welcome Izuru~san, come sit". Izuru gives her a questionable look before complying, "What is this about?".

        "Your date today with your 'friend" she replies. Izuru face palms, "It's a play date". "The way you worded yesterday didn't seem like that". "Were you guys stalking me yesterday?". She bangs her hands on the table, "I'm asking the questions!". These kids are crazy...

        "Alright then" Izuru mumbles. "Do you like this 'friend' romantically?". "I like them as a friend". Chiaki stares at him intensely, making Izuru very uncomfortable. "Bullshit". Izuru's eyes widened at the young girl's language, "Chia no cursing!". "Right I apologize for that", "Bull crap".

        "How is my feelings crap?" Izuru asks, crossing his arms. "You're lying about your feelings", Chiaki accuses. "You don't know how I'm feeling". "We can see it in your lifeless eyes! Your eyes light up around them". "So you guys are spying on me, you nosey brats!" Izuru yells.

       "We're trying to see if our ship will happen!" She argues. "Aren't you guys too young to even be thinking about love?". Chiaki gasps offended, "How dare you?! Love can start at any age and it doesn't wait for anything!". Izuru chuckles at the girl's passion, "Onii~san smiled!".

       "No I didn't!". "Hajime the smile isn't for us the smile is reserved for his boyfriend!". Hajime frowns, "Onii~chan can't have a boyfriend". Chiaki frowns, "Why not?". "Being gay is illegal here Chiaki" Izuru explains. "So somebody made a law about somebody's choice to love?!", "Outrageous!".

       "Nanami~chan please calm down, when I get older I can change the law" Izuru reinsurers. "So that you and your friend can get together right?". "For everyone who likes the same gender". Chiaki smiles, "You're a good person Izuru~san". "Not really". "Onii~san is the best!".

        "Flattery is dumb". Hajime and Chiaki roll their eyes, "So what do you plan on doing for this date?". "It isn't a— whatever there's no point in lying". Chiaki smirks, "I knew it!". "Shut up and help me". "So does onii~san like their friend romantically?" Hajime asks. "No I don't".

        "But you just said it was a date" Chiaki frowns. "A play date, we're both children" Izuru stated. "You suck Izuru~san". "Can you both just help me? I didn't plan this out all the way" he mumbles. "Teach him about flowers", Hajime suggested. "That's... actually a good idea, he does like flowers".

      Nagito makes his way to the treehouse that he shares with his best friend. Were they best friends? He wasn't sure but he'll call him that anyways. The treehouse was like a home to him, unlike his own house. It wasn't a home anymore without his parents.
