It's the most wonderful time of the year! For people with family and friends at least. No shade to our protagonists but uh yeah. I'm sure they'll find away to combat the loneliness of the holidays. After all, Christmas isn't christmas with out the christmas miracle.

“Hey Izzy?”. Izuru only hums in response, not looking at the boy speaking to him. “Izzy?”. He hums again, not paying attention to Nagito at all. The lack of attention is really pissing Nagito off but he stays patient for a while longer.
“Izzy? Are you listening to me?”. Another hum. Nagito huffs and snatches the book Izuru was reading. They both glare at each other, “So I’ve finally got your attention Izuru?”. Izuru frowned, Nagito didn't call him by his name unless he was genuinely upset.
“What’s wrong Sugar?”.
Nagito then frowns, “You would know if you were paying attention to me”.
“I apologize”.
“You said we were going to hangout today”.
Izuru raises his eyebrow in confusion, were they not already hanging out before?
“I don’t understand”.
“You’ve been reading for the past three hours, if you didn’t want me here that’s fine as well” Nagito mumbled sadly.
“That’s not true, of course I want you here”.
Nagito shakes his head in disbelief.
"If you truly wanted me here you would've paid attention to me, you didn't even notice me leave for an hour".
“Well you haven’t said anything to me either” Izuru states.
“Do I have to? You knew we were hanging out today”.
“That is correct, but I thought we’d have one of those sessions where we did our own thing”.
Nagito pouts, “I hope you enjoy your book Izzy”.
With that being stated, he hands the book back and walks towards the balcony. Izuru continues to frown but doesn’t go after him, Nagito just needs time to cool down.

“Izzy! Earth to Izuru Kamukura!”.
“Didn’t I tell you to stop calling me that?".
Nagito frowns and shakes his head. He had been trying to get Izuru's attention for a while now and Izuru just seemed to space out.
"You've been out of it recently, have you've been overworking yourself again Izzy?" Nagito asks with concern.
"No, I just have a lot to think about".
"Like?".
Izuru's eyebrow raises, did his best friend really not know what's so important about this month?
"You do know it's December, right?".
"Yes but what does that have to do with anything?".
"December is a very important month, Sugar".
"Not really, it's just very snowy".
Izuru sighs and runs his hand through his hand, "Christmas is coming upon us".
