Julian's POV:
*at STAR Labs* Me and Joe are now at STAR Labs. Caitlin is checking us for any injuries. "You guys got hit with those bolts hard. You have a couple bruises but other than that you seem completely fine." Caitlin said. "I should've been there." Barry said. "I'm fine Barr." Joe said. "Hey we got an ID match on Zeusette." Cisco said. I look at the screens and sees the woman me and Joe saw. "That's her." Joe said.
"Her name is Jalena Angel Maria Emilia Gabriella Summers. That's a long name." Iris said. "It says she is 22. She skipped her first 3 years of high school and graduated at 13. She got into college at 14 and graduated from there at 18." Caitlin said. "It also says that she doesn't have any history of any illegal activities." Wally said. "Now she does." Barry said. "You said you saw her eyes and hair change color?" Cisco asked me and Joe.
"Yeah once minute she had pink hair and brown eyes. The next her hair was white and her eyes were yellow." Joe said. "It sounds like what happens when Caitlin become Killer Frost." HR said. "Yeah she has an alter ego." I said. "And she's calling her other half Voltage. I'll let it slide." Cisco said. "I don't think Jalena wants to hurt anyone. I saw the way she was struggling to stay herself and keep Voltage from coming out." I said.
"Really?" Barry asked. "Yeah. She looked scared. I don't think Jalena has learned to control her power." I said. "Well I think we should find her, bring her to STAR Labs and train her." Iris said. "Ok well how do we find her. The satellite isn't picking up any electrical energy." Cisco said. "I think I can help." Someone said. We turn around and sees a blonde-haired girl. "Who are you?" HR asked.
"I'm Mia Jones. I'm Jalena's best friend. I'm also the only person besides you guys who knows about her powers." Mia said. "And how can you help?" Wally asked. "I'm the only person that knows Jalena more than she knows herself." Mia said. "Ok then how do we find her?" I asked. "There are 3 places she would go to when she's having a bad day. The stables, her family's mausoleum, and our old hideout at the abandoned playground." She said.
"Ok Barry, Wally, and Caitlin you guys search the stables. Cisco, HR, and Iris you search the mausoleum. Me, Julian, and Mia will search the hideout." Joe said.
Jalena's POV:
I arrive at mine and my best friend Mia Jones' old hideout at the abandoned playground. "I can't believe you killed that man." I said to Voltage in my head. "He had it coming." Voltage said. "Did you have to hurt those police officers too?" I asked. "Yes. They were asking too many questions. They're lucky to even be alive." She said. "Why are you doing this?" I asked. "Because the world is causing us too much pain. It's time we return the favor." She said.
"Jalena!" A familiar voice said. I turn around and sees Mia and the police officers from earlier. "Stay back! It's too dangerous for you to be around me. I can't control my powers." I said. "Jalena it's going to be fine. There are people at STAR Labs who can help you use your powers for good." Mia said. Suddenly Voltage takes control. "Stupid girl. Do you really think that I can ever be good?" Voltage asked.
"Yes I do. If you just come to STAR Labs with us then we can help you both learn to control your powers." Mia said. "I don't think we can ever control it. Besides what makes you think we deserve any help especially after I killed that man. I'm.... I'm a monster." Voltage said. "Jalena you're not a monster. You're just scared." Mia said. "Ha! Scared? I don't get scared." Voltage said. "Jalena I know you and I know that you're a good person." Mia said.
"And how would you know that?" Voltage asked. "Because you help others. You see the goodness in everyone even when they don't see it in themselves. You give people second chances. That's what a good person does." Mia said. Voltage looks at Mia with a sad look. "Besides if you were really a monster then you would've killed me by now." Mia said. "Oh trust me I really want to." Voltage said.
"Then do it. Kill me. Right now." Mia said. "With pleasure." Voltage said and creates lightning in her hand. She gets ready to kill Mia but she stops. "I thought you wanted to kill me." Mia said. "I do." Voltage said. "Then why aren't you? I'll tell you why. Because you can't. Jalena won't let you. Jalena won't hurt me and you won't either. Jalena I know you're in there. I know you can fight her. Please. Come back to me." Mia said.
Voltage steps back holding her head and groans. Suddenly her white hair turns pink and her yellow eyes turn brown. I look up at Mia. "Jalena?" Mia asked. "Mia?" I asked. Mia smiles, runs over, and hugs me tightly. I smile and hugs her back. "I'm so happy you're you again." She said. "Me too. And it's all thanks to you." I said.
