Some how Alex had finished all their homework and had plenty time to get ready for her first ever gryffindor party. She had high expectations as everyone at hogwarts that have ever been to one said they where 'legendary'
So she put on a turtle neck top and a tight skirt before sitting down to do her makeup. Suddenly the door slammed open and in walked Rain and Narcissa giggling.
"ooo, are you going some where, is there a party?" Narcissa asks
"yes" Alex nods her head still focused on the mirror and not the other two people who just entered the room. Ughh she mentally groaned, why does her hand always shake while she is trying to put on mascara.
"what house is hosting it?" Narcissa exclaimed "i want to come" she finishes, opening her trunk and throwing clothes around.
"Gryffindor" Alex mutters
"oh" Narcissa says closing her trunk "never mind" the slytherins didnt really like gryffindors and never went to any of their parties, the feeling was obviously mutual as the gyrffindors never came to any of the slytherin parties.
"since when did you go to gryffindor parties?" Rain asked curiously
"since i was invited" replied Alex "and with you ignoring me i have nothing better to do"
"oh" Rain reply's "well maybe if you told me what was going on, i wouldn't be ignoring you"
"told you about what?" Narcissa asked suddenly interested again
"nothing" Alex replied as she used a straightening charm on her hair
"uhh your doing it wrong, here let me do it" Rain said standing up and pulling Alex's wand out of her hand and doing her hair for her. "there, you look nice by the way"
"thanks" Alex replied as she took her wand back " I have to go now but ill talk to you when i get back"
"ok" Rain replied as they walked back to their bed to sit down.
"have fun" Narcissa said as she flicked through a wizarding magazine.
And with that Alexandra left the room and went through the corridor into the common room, straaight toward the exit and out into the cold corridors of the castle. She made her way to the outside of the great hall easily, after being here for five years, she knew the place like the back of her hand, except for the gryffindor common room, she had no clue where that was as she had never been before, so silently cursing her self for not asking Sirius or Remus or anyone before hand, she decide to wonder around till she found a gryffindor she could follow, or till she got caught for being out of bed after hours.
"Alex!" it was James Potter, why the hell would James Potter even know who she was.
"James?" she replied questioningly
"I've been looking for you" he told told the slytherin girl
"you have?" Alex asked confused
"yeh obviously, Sirius invited you to the party" he replied as if this was the most obvious thing in the world
"oh right, yeh, well turns out i don't know where the common room is" Alex says
"come with me" he reply's grabbing her hand and dragging me down multiple corridors, to a painting of a lady in a pink dress.
"portificus tortalus" James says and the painting swings open and leads into a room decorated in red, with a big bright fire place and comfy looking couches with loud music playing and lots of screaming and again all the noise blended together at full volume inside her head.
