Aadhira put the paintbrush down and admired her work. It was perfect for her. She put the easel between the other two easels. The door opened and came in Zara holding a glass which has something that she despised the most. Milk.
"Here you are. I have been searching for you everywhere," Zara said handing her the glass.
"Aaku chachu," Aadhira shouted for her rescuer aka her uncle, Aakav.
Aakav came running in hearing his favourite niece shooting. He was confused seeing Zara and Aadhira in the room with no danger. When he saw the glass in Aadhira's hand, he knew the danger for which she shouted.
"Aadhira come here I have something to show you," he said and Aadhira happily put the glass on the nearby table and went with Aakav to somewhere.
Zara shook her head. She can't understand why Aadhira does not like milk although she is a werewolf.
It has been seven years since the dreadful night and everything changed. Aadhira and Akansha were devastated for a month as they were attached to Aanav more than others. Alok, Anish and Anmol didn't let others see their tears and Akira used to ask about her mummy,i.e, Ivy every night.
Now they have grown up. They don't cry in front of their siblings but still, they miss their mom Willa, dad Aanav and mummy Ivy.
At around 9 p.m. Akira and Anish who are 8 and 8 year old respectively, took 12 bean bags to the terrace. Anmol and Alex, 13 and 16 years old respectively, took a small table with them to the terrace and lastly Akansha and Aadhira, 16 and 18 respectively, took a tray of drinks with them. They placed everything accordingly.
Soon Aakav and Zara joined with Purav, Joya, Noor and Aina. They all took their seats and watched the three stars in the sky which were shining brightly. Aadhira has also brought the three painting and placed them behind her. The paintings are of Willa, Ivy and Aanav.
Zara looked at the stars and recalled all the gun she had with Willa and Ivy. Her gulab jamun and child.
Aakav looked at the stars and recalled the last line he had heard from Aanav.
"I have two pasts. I don't know which one I should cry more for."
A/N
This is officially the last chapter of the book. I can't believe we have come so far. The journey has been amazing with so many of you becoming a part of this family, living the story yourself through Ivy and Aanav's eyes. I won't say much as this chapter was a little bit emotional but I want to thank you all for everything.
