Classes were resumed but for Shuhua it isn't the same as before.

"Are you not going to class?" Shuhua shook her head as she stares at the cup of coffee that she's holding. "Even though I'm your uncle I wouldn't permit you to skip your classes and besides it will be arriving later this evening, you can just come back here. I would let you know." Shuhua sighed as she slumps her back on the couch.

"If you don't want to go to your class then." Shuhua arched an eyebrow waiting for her uncle to continue his words.

Shuhua was silently walking through the hallway, cursing her uncle inside her head for making her do this.

She knocks on the door which was opened by the professor. The students were looking at her, walking inside the room. She placed the stack of papers that needs to be given out to the third year students.

Her eyes fell on the certain girl, Soojin was well aware of the younger's presence. "What is this for?" Shuhua really wants to take back that her uncle is the best.

She hates conversing with new people. "Well this was for the upcoming events for next month, it was said that the third year students will be the one in charge this year." Shuhua managed to not stutter.

She doesn't want to embarrass herself but more importantly not when Soojin is inside the same room as her.

Shuhua didn't want to stay for too long so as soon as she was done she went outside to go to the other classes to hand out the papers.

Walking from here to there and now Shuhua regrets on agreeing to this. She should've just attended her classes. Taking a small break she went to get some food.

She sat on the grassy green field as her mind was clouded with so many thoughts. After what happened at the rooftop that might. They became more distant as ever.

To the point that she doesn't even run into Soojin at the hallways of the dormitory. She sighed.

'I should've said those words to her.'

She was about to get up when her eyes landed on two people who were giggling.

Her heart was like being clenched from the sight of it.

What is pain?

What is love?

Love can be subjective. It is after all a sentiment thrown about by people frim all walks of life.

There's no sugar coating or denying the profound depth of pain you'll be submerged in at first... because of the present tense of your "Love" and also because others are going to try to frame and advise your emotional journey through a lens aimed an indefinite future.

Some will try to placate you with placid truisms like: "Time heals all wounds" or "...if you love something, you must let it go."

And then, there'll be others, who will suggest the key to moving on is simply staying busy. Distract yourself from you thoughts, exhaust the inner monologue and run yourself into the ground pushing every ebbing thought of your love further from the shores of you mind.

And, if I am completely honest, each of these thought processes have their merits at any given time, but then, you're not asking how to cope or wondering when you'll begin to heal, are you? You want to know what it feels like. To have someone quantify those same sentiments you feel in a way you'll intuit and resonate with; am I right?

Seeing the person you love with someone else is going to hurt you. You can't control that. The pain will change you and you won't be able to deny it.

However, you can control what you allow that pain in you to become. It's less about timing than it is about choice.

My question to you is: "What will you do with your pain?"

Will you run from it or ignore it? Or, perhaps, will you greet it like a friend who has returned after a long journey?

Maybe there's no right or wrong answer. Maybe there is...

Shuhua stood up gently straightening her clothes as she walks away from the scene that was unfolding right in front of her.

Those giggles, smiles and warm eyes were showing but knowing that it wasn't her who Soojin is showing it to pains her.

She ended up inside the same room from where she was last night. "Did you hand it out all?" Shuhua didn't even bother to open her eyes as she tries to ignore her uncle.

She isn't in the mood for a talk.

All she wants is to be alone for a moment or else she'll blow up.

"Yuqi has been looking for you, she just came to my office just now. Are you not going to talk to any of them? You can't always handle this things alone." Shuhua closed her eyes tightly.

She doesn't need any sympathy right now.

Because it just always reminds her the day when her sister died. She was still the weak one. The coward Yeh Shuhua.

"I had a great time, do you want to perhaps have lunch with me?" Hui asks full of hope hut it came crashing down seeing Soojin's apologetic smile.

"I'm sorry but I only agreed because we are partners for the task." Soojin doesn't want to give the guy some high hopes when she knows to herself that whatever Hui feels for her she can't return it.

Because in the first place her heart was set into someone.

"Well I kinda expected but still thanks and you might want to go now before Soyeon kills me with her eyes." Hui chuckled as Soojin smiles.

"I'll see you tomorrow." Soojin waved her hand.

"The others are waiting for us at the dining hall." Soyeon muttered. Soojin was spacing out as the incident from rooftop was still on her mind.

Those words really hits her on her soft spot.

"Can you help me on something?" Soyeon look at Soojin with such curios eyes but she has a feeling that it has something to do with Shuhua.
