"....yes, I assume Valrose would be a suitable bride too. What do you think, Eleanor?"

The Emperor and Monte turned to look at a spaced out Eleanor, playing with the fork she was holding.

"Eleanor?" Monte called, snapping Rael out of her daze. She looked at Monte and asked," yes?"

"I'm considering getting engaged soon. After all, I'm 14 now. So do you have any suitable person in mind?"

Suitable? Someone who can have a good founding for an empress......

".......Rose? How about her?" Rael asked him, a thin smile playing her lips. She isn't a fool. She knows Monte had a small crush on Rose, and it was obvious how he favoured her whenever she visited the palace.

But of course, that wasn't the full reason. Be it academically, socially or physically, Rose had all the traits of an admiring crown Princess. Her straightforward personality is what would make her a perfect leader for the Empire. But the problem was, how was she supposed to convince Rose?

Although Rose didn't show any particular hostility towards Monte, there also wasn't any particular interest.

Why are all my friends lost in their own world?

She sighed.

"Rose? You mean Ms. Roseline?" The Emperor asked and thought about it for a moment.

"I--i, you should atleast consult me first, before saying such an unexpected name in father's presence." An embarrassed Monte says, looking at Eleanor.

Eleanor looks at him for a second then turns around to look at her father again, ignoring Monte's whines completely.

Take this as my revenge, idiot.

*******

Her mind was once again filled with the words she had heard before.

"My son." Warren. The son of one of the most powerful wizards of the Empire. How shocking is that?

Principal Holland had a wife. Had. She died due to to a chronical disease that couldn't be identified.

Just then a student enters the library. He looked gorgeous.  I mean, literally gorgeous but why is it that no one took notice of that blondie? Maybe coz he had casted a spell on them?

He was wearing a pair of specs and looked about the same age as Eleanor. He walked towards her and their eyes locked on his way.

He grinned devilishly and mouthed " I love you" at her startled face but what a irony it was, for a GOD to be compared to to devil.

Ruda had somehow admitted himself in the academy a few months ago as a transferring student.

He sat beside Rael and they chatted away their time. Later, a bunch of Rael's classmates stormed inside and started a scene.

"Princess, the first years are having a fight with each other. Please, come help us."

As Rael subsided the feeling of Deja vu, she started her way to first year corridor.

Both the sections were beating each other to the bones and everyone was trying to get them off each other.

Warren was silently standing in the corner a disturbing look on his face.

Eleanor walked over to her section of first year, and scanned their swollen face and broken nose.

She clicked her tongue and instinctively all the first years, including the other sections, flinched.

Just then the teachers came in and took all the first year's away. Everyone was dispersing to their class, when a teacher yelled," where is Mr. Warren?"

Eleanor looked around like others, but couldn't see Warren at all. Just then a guy whispered in her ear," Princess,  this fight started because Warren beat up a guy from the other section."

And for a moment, the disturbed face of Warren flashed back in her mind.

***********

Warren wasn't happy. He didn't know that a small fight could create such a big mess. He recalled the bruised faces of his classmates and a instinct of guilt passed over him. He sloped down even more and covered himself with his  hands.

A while back, some boys from the other section brushed passed him, and he just picked a fight without any thoughts.

I just wanted to get suspended. I didn't want my other classmates to get involved.

"Why? Are you feeling anxious?"

Warren looked up and saw Eleanor place herself beside him in the bench.

As in instinct, he said scoffing," so what? Are you going to tell me to use this opportunity to redeem myself?"

A silence responded him. Then sighing Eleanor replied," Are you insane? Why would I tell that to someone, who has zero chance for improvements?" She smirked, looking down at Warren.

Feeling somewhat irritated, Warren said," wait. What do you mean," scoffing again," you're telling me I'm not gonna to ever improve? Like--"

" Yes. You will never improve. Mark my words," She stared intensely at him, making Warren start to feel a bit bad.

"Then why did you come here anyway?" He voice croaked, with the tears he started to hold back.

Eleanor looked at his red face, and she remembered he is just a 10 year old boy.

"Well the teachers are looking for you, so I vollentered to find you." She replied.

"Hah. It's fine, I'll just get suspended anyway."

" you get suspended or not doesn't have to do anything with the guys who fought for you back there. You see, they also requested me to find you, so let's go back fast. I have a date soon."

**********

"Oh! He is back." The infirmary was filled with a bunch of boys, who looked relieved to see Warren safe.

Warren sat beside a guy, who was his seat partner in the class.

"What the hell were you thinking? I could have taken care of those people alone." Warren said ro him.

He grinned with his one tooth hanging and said," I know that man. It just looked unfair as 1 Verses 6, so we just entered for fun."

"Yeah and look what that fun had done to you." Warren shot back, looking over all the boys who got hurt.

"Well, atleast we will be vacationing because of these for atleast 2 weeks," then he smirked, " and don't you think you should worry about your future for now? You see, you are the one who started world War 3 on the first place." He winked .

A disbelieved Warren looked at that guy with mouth open and Eleanor and the others let out a laugh.

"You idiot." A hollow voice shouted and Warren looked back to see a FURIOUS principal walking towards him. It's seemed like his eyes were on fire, so Warren jumped down the seat and started to make his way to the exit.

"Do you think you can get away from me?" Principal Holland shouted, shocking everyone.

A small mischievous smile took over Warren and he remembered a funny yearbook quote he read somewhere.

"Academy is easy. It's like riding a motorbike, where you are in fire, the bike is on fire and the road is on fire. Ah, that's because-- You are in hell."
