Since then, the Emperor and Monte have constantly visited Eleanor, trying and trying to gain her forgiveness. But to no use.

It's not like she doesn't talk with them, she talks, but only if asked to. She replies and goes silent again, leaving the whole room awkward.

" Eleanor, can you forgive us for what happened on your birthday?"

" Whatever, are you talking about, Emperor?"

" You know.....for the thing that happened on birthday, you know....."

" Oh, you mean, both of you acting all childish and idiotic in front of the whole staff and destroying my birthday, beings a narcissist that you are?"

"........."

" Yes, that's right, sister."

"I'm glad you asked, then. I, am the type of person who neither forgets nor forgives when one crosses their line.  So, I pray you now know that, I. Will. Never. Forgive. You."

Eleanor quietly sips her tea in the silent room. Don, who has always stayed glued to the princess ever since the party, slightly smirks at his princess's remark.

Good job.

He had been secretly hoping that his princess would give those two a good beating. Not, like physically but more like mentally. He knew that misbehaving with royals could cause a serious issue, but that way that they behaved on the princess's party was overpowering that certain knowledge of his. He was really furious at the imperial family and he didn't hesitate to show it on his face. Evenever they visited, his face would cringe up in distaste leaving the servants around him in sweats.

Not like the imperial family didn't see it though. They just ignored it. Because, even they knew that Don's resentment was reasonable. And on top of that, both Eleanor and the former Empress adored Don, so they didn't want to break their heart.

Anyways, that's how the year went. Them visiting and asking for forgiveness while the whole empire was around for the new gossip about the royals.

[ The sixth birthday of Eleanor/ Rael]

As Rael walked away from the Royal family, Don suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

" Let's go from the other direction, princess."

Don said hurriedly, making Rael feel suspicious. Her expressionless face turned into a narrow stare, making Don flinch.

" No, I'd like to head back from that way."  Rael replied and started passing Don without giving much thought to his alert expression.

Soon as she started walking, it dawned to her why Don was so worried. A little ahead of her were a bunch of boys covering over someone. They seemed to be bullying that person.

Agh, so annoying.

Rael irritatedly sighed, before resuming her way. She neared and realized that the leader of the gang seemed to be a really familiar person.

Of course, Noah Sibestian. The main lead.

" Hey, you're blocking my way, mouse." Rael approached them, a poker like expression plastered on her face.

"What did you say, mouse? Don't you know us? We are the friends of Highness Noah Sibestian."

" So? Does a title give you the right to block someone's way or," Rael turned to the boy who was being beaten up," a right to beat up a person?"

"Wha...." The boy who was speaking became speechless to Rael's direct question. Meanwhile, Noah just quietly stared at the girl, a questioning look on his face.

"Hey, you idiot. How dare you go against Master Noah! He is the son of the grand Duke of this empire. And who in the world are you?" Another boy spoke up loudly.

" Hey, you beggars of attention, you aren't someone important whom I should speak to. Now get out of my way."

" Hah, you bitch...."

" Silence." Noah spoke for the first time. The beautiful golden eyed boy stepped up, his black hair shining in the moonlight.

Ghhhgg, Rael cringed up at the dramatic scene. So common like entry, man.

" You, why should we make a way for you, shouldn't you give us a good reason?" Noah smirked mockingly.

Seriously how can a eight year old be so spoilt?

" Pft, I don't have enough time to waste my words on you." Rael sighed expressionlessly.

Noah's eyes twitched in irritation, while some of boys's mouths escaped a laugh. Noah turned to glare at them for a second before looking back at the little girl.

" Ah, it seems like I embarrassed you." Rael's hand went over her mouth, a clear sign of mocking visible on her face.

Noah glared at her intensely.

" You know, you all wanted 'reasons' to move away right? Since I am a lady, and as, I embarrassed you immensely, let me jot down some wonderful reasons for you all, out of pity." Rael looked down at them, smirking evilly.

For a moment even Noah along with others felt scared, but soon regained their composure.

" Sure we'd love to know." Noah smirked back hoping to scare the little girl off, but Rael just continues to smile, an evil aura escaping her.

"First," Rael started to walk towards them step by step," this place you all are at now, is the Royal palace. So, doing something reckless could cause serious problems if caught by a royal," Rael took another step, making them unconsciously step back again," second, this Royal palace has many buildings from where, you all are at the most dangerous one, the princess's palace, to which, everyone's info and as the last fact," Rael again took another step, and looked at them straight at the eye," is where I stay and am the owner of."

The whole party had their jaws dropped, including Noah, clearly not expecting to hear such a "fact".

When regaining his senses, Noah thought of laughing it off as a joke, but the look on the girl's face was clearly saying that whatever she said was the truth. And just then,

" Princess Eleanor, I told you not to run off in this direction. The Emperor is looking for yo-" Don stopped at the sight he saw.

" What? What happened? Did they beat you up, your highness?,"  Don started exmaining her face before turning to glare at the boys. " If I see a single scratch on her highness's body, I swear to you, that it will be the last day you see the sun rise up." He yelled at them. The boys flinched instinctively.

" Stop. Nothing happened to me." Eleanor kept a hand on Don's shoulder, asking him to slow down.

Suddenly her eyes lit up like candles.

" You know, Don......"

" Yes your highness?"

" I didn't ask the Emperor for a gift this time. Do you thing he'll get it ready for me if I ask him now?"  Rael smirked evilly, making all the boys present out there shiver in fear.
