"Everyone check out your roommates, make sure all of them are present." A girl who seemed to be around 16 said to all of the first years.

Eleanor noticed that everyone was moving their heads, searching for their roommates and making sure that they don't get in trouble.

"Okay so, good evening. I am Claire Morningstar, daughter of King Morningstar from Kingdom Hellond. I am the princess of my country and also, the Dorm head of the hostel.

Here, you all are going to learn from etiquettes to respecting. Sitting down to  holding a pen. And all of the other things required to make you into a fitting young lady.

Therefore, be alert and enjoy your time here. Thank you." The lady with red eyes and sharp gaze, her skin tanned said.

After finishing the speech, another girl stepped up and said in a monotonic voice.

"Good evening, the following girls are the dorm monitors of the following corridor:

Whitney for first year.

Esabelle for second year.

Madeline for third year.

May for fourth year.

And, hostel head, Claire for fifth year.

I hope it's clear."

She smiled in the end. A professional smile.

"Hey, did you notice? All the dorm heads are from fourth years, except the fifth year ones?" Rose whispered to Eleanor.

Eleanor shook her head, not noticing it.

"Ah, I saw it too." Tia, who over heard them, said.

"My sister said that, being in the fifth year is the busiest time of the academy, that's why all the work fall on the shoulders of the fourth years."

Rose and Eleanor attentively listened, all this new to them. They never imagined that the academy hostels were like a town, where they were the men doing all the work. And maybe some of the girls hated it, but got used to it by time.

"Now, stop talking. Listen." All the mummerings died down in one command from Princess Claire.

"We will be now announcing the vice Hostel head. That is, Kim Kira from the eastern kingdoms."

There were a loads of cheering and clappings going around as a thin Asian girl with long black her that reached her waist got out of the crowd and bowed in front of all. The atmosphere seemed to have gotten better and  girls were freely laughing around and even the Head seemed to be having fun.

And nothing like this was shown in the novel.

Girls do not have the freedom to do whatever they want to do here but unlike the society, this academy was something else. It gave them freedom.

Eleanor smiled, a genuine one and clapped around with all the others.

The next morning, by the time Eleanor entered the class, there were three kids in front of her seat.

Ah. Bugs.

Theodore, puffed his chest out and said to Eleanor," I'm sorry."

Rose looked at them questioningly and frowned. The other two followed without any protest.

Eleanor slightly smirked. Yesterday, she wrote a letter to her father, requesting him to block the diamond supplies from the Theodore's family. Seems like he did it.
