Light POV

I was nervous. Today is the start of September which means it's also the start of confinement. What Ryuzaki didn't know was that I was also angry. I was getting frustrated that I was making wrong moves and he was catching on. I never thought that he would suspect me of being Kira. But I was wrong. I made my way out of bed and dragged Ryuzaki along with me. "Light, I'm going to remove our handcuffs now. As soon as they are off you are required to make your way downstairs under my supervision. If you do not comply, you will be arrested. Understood?" I shook my head. "Good." He told me to turn around so he could get the key and take off the handcuffs. I was relieved at the feeling of an empty wrist. I did as instructed and made my way downstairs slowly, feeling a pair of handcuffs make their way right back onto my wrists. "Light, I hope you don't regret this." My father said with a monotone voice.

Ah yes, solitary confinement. It was boring. I was tied up in a straight jacket and placed on the cold floor. There was a toilet and a bed. Nothing more, nothing less. "This is gonna be a long month." I thought to myself. I also noticed a security camera up in the corner, and I assumed that Ryuzaki was watching me. "Light, can you hear me?" I heard a strange distorted voice and knew it was Ryuzaki. "Yes I can." I tried to nod while speaking but I could barely move. "As I said, you will be here for about a month, give or take. If these killings continue while you are here then you will be freed. If not, you will still be freed but will be placed in handcuffs and 24 hour supervision again. Understand?" My voice was quiet, but I managed to say yes.

I wanted to add here that also in this story Misa is the second Kira and she also never revoked ownership of the Death Note. L or Ryuzaki doesn't know there is a second Kira.
