The wind was cool rushing past Hyacinthus face, completely messing up his hair. Apollo was trying his best to steer clear of Hyacinthus's said hair, but it was difficult.

"Your hair-" Apollo mumbled, trying not to get it in his mouth.

"Hey, look!" Hyacinthus pointed to a bed of dark blue flowers. "That's where we first met, isn't that right?"

Apollo turned his neck to rest on Hyacinthus's shoulder, staring at the meadow of flowers. It seemed so long ago, when he set his eyes on this mortal, intending it as a fling, like everything else was.

Apparently they had been together for a lengthy period of time, now. Apollo smiled, chuckling at his foolishness. Where did I go wrong?

"That's right."

"Can we stop here?" Hyacinthus asked, holding up a golden discus and grinning.

"Are you sure? Your parent's castle isn't far from here-"

"Yes, exactly. The Spartan castle is nearby, and besides," Hyacinthus smiled dryly. "This may have seemed like a great idea-"

"It seems like a terrible idea."

"Oh, shut up." Hyacinthus continued. "This may have seemed like a great idea, but they're going to ask me to stay- and honestly that's a little bit stressful. It'll just be one game, how about it?"

"Don't look at me like that." Apollo groaned, covering his face. (he was holding Hyacinthus with one hand.) "I can feel you looking at me."

Hyacinthus frowned indignantly, and turned away.

"Hey!" Apollo said, opening his eyes again. "I'm ignoring you, don't ignore me!"

"So is that a yes?" Hyacinthus said, smiling like a little fox.

"Fine," Apollo said. "If you want."

"I want it."

"Just a quick game, okay?" Apollo said, diving down.

"Quick game!" Hyacinthus said, shouting to get his voice heard through the wind. "And summon some of your spirits so I don't feel like a rag."

"Okay, okay." Apollo resisted the urge to laugh, swishing his hand. They landed and Apollo carefully set Hyacinthus down.

"Thank you," Hyacinthus pecked Apollo on the lips.

"Oh, you can't just get away with that-" Apollo advanced.

Little beams of sunlight came down from the sky, forming into a male figure. Their features were similar to each other, but their hair styles were different. There were at least four, smiling politely.

"You called for us?"

Apollo made a face, stopping in his tracks. How rude, interrupting his makeout time with Hyacinthus. The audacity of them to come!

"Yes, I did." Apollo said, returning his face to its usual smile. "Play discus with us."

"What now?" The farthest one in the left, Hyacinthus deterred that he was the leader, said, a look of confusion on his face.

"Discus. Did I stutter?" Apollo said, gently grabbing the discus from Hyacinthus and beaming confidently.

"Let's play."
