as soon as i pushed isaiah out my door and locked it i rushed to the bathroom to take a shower. what if mateo is better?! i washed my hair and body so fast then grabbed a towel and jumped out the shower. i brushed my teeth then ran to my closet.

yes i'm just 10 years old but my mom gave me a sense of fashion. she told me "your not gonna be like one of those little white girls running around with crop tops". heh. that's my mom. and my dad said "no boyfriend till your 30" which is not true cuz i heard my mom tell my dad "since i'm the one that pushed her out by small hole i'll decided when she's getting a boyfriend". what small hole? idk.
i did a little twirl in my mirror and smiled. i grabbed my necklace that mateo bought me and put it on. before i left my room i kissed the picture of me and mateo that was on my desk. samuel always tells me i'm overreacting but i know he misses mateo to.
maiya: gaby you ready she said making me turn around and look at her. i nodded and grabbed her hand. samuel: gabs i'm sorry i rolled my eyes and got in the car.
did i care he said sorry? obviously not. my mom and dad always tell me i'm super smart for a 10 year old. idk what they mean but i guess that's good. the only think that makes me mad at them is that they don't let me have snapchat or insta like everyone else does.
maiya: everyone have there seat belts on my tía said turning around and looking at us. isabella was in the front seat. i was in the middle of samuel and isaiah. maiya: ok let's go! she started the car.

gaby: mateo i said when i saw him with tubes hooked to his skin and ran towards where he was. mateo: gaby he lifted me on the bed and hugged me so tight. i cried on his shoulder.
gaby: i m-missed you so much i cried and cried. mateo: i missed you to little sis he was rubbing my back.
gaby: hi mom and dad i hug them as well then went to sit down next to mateo again. everyone else gave him a hug and sat where there was space.
isaiah: samuel was being mean to gaby at home my eyes shot to isaiah while everyone else's eyes shot towards samuel. kairi: what did you do know my dad said giving samuel a death stare.
samuel: she was overreacting! gaby wouldn't come out her room or go to school and was acting like mateo was dead! my mom scoffed. you: so samuel! what gives you the right to be mean to your little sister who is 10 YEARS OLD! samuel looked down.
kairi: phone sammy my dad said making hand movements to samuel. he looked up and rolled his eyes. samuel: why?! i looked up at mateo and saw he was smiling at me.
kairi: don't ask why give me the damn pho- yk what he snatched the phone out of samuels hand and went to sit down with my mom. samuel: oh my god bro! it's always gaby who gets away with everything! i just rolled my eyes. he's always being rude to me to the point i got used to it.
isabella: oh shut up samuel! your always being the whiny baby! grow up and start acting like a 14 year old damn! well great. my mom sighed and put her hands on her head.
you: stop fighting for once! your brother is awake be happy and stop yelling at each other! samuel stop being rude to gabriella cuz she's doing nothing wrong! and i wouldn't be talking about getting away with everything when you do to! she yelled. well at least it's just us.
maiya: i tried kai my dad chuckled and stood up to give my tía a hug. kairi: you can go now she all gave us a hug before leaving and closing the door.
