Last night was one of the best nights sleep Uraraka had ever experienced. From the hardcore hero training classes they had to endure yesterday, straight after giving her answer to the lifeline program, needless to say she had been exhausted.
I'm glad that's finally over and done with.
It was the morning after and no one seems to be talking about it, it's as if it never happened. Though it isn't, and Uraraka could see that, to an outsider it would look like they were a normal class going about on a normal day.
But Uraraka sees how everyone seems too embarrassed to talk to each other. Both Mina and Denki are not as loud and neither is Bakugo. Midoriya is constantly in his notebook and even Tokoyami and Tsu are acting weird.
Uraraka herself is more jumpy than usual and is accidentally making herself float multiple times a day by just thinking about it.
I think more than half the class said yes. I hope so.
She's embarrassed at her own thoughts but its out of her control. She just really wanted to know what sex felt like, desperately. She's tried touching herself multiple times but she could never make herself feel good, and she could never watch anything like porn. She doesn't think her poor little heart could handle it.
Maybe they can show me, maybe they can make me... feel good.
"Uraraka-chan!" Noticing she was once again floating towards the ceiling of her dorm building she squeaks and covers her face. She hopes they don't know this only happens when she has dirty thoughts, that would be very embarrassing.
As the class files into homeroom, their homeroom teacher enters with Saeko who gives the class a friendly wave. "Hello again!"
A few students sink down in their chairs, a blush covering their faces. Uraraka is one of them.
This is the first time she's speaking with us since we gave our answers. She knows I want to have sex with one of her students.
Aizawa stands at the podium to quickly say something. "Saeko is here again to tell you how the introduction process goes, many of you said yes so you will be put into the program. I think you all made a good choice, well done."
The class goes blank faced at their teachers compliment.
Did- did he just say well done?
Some students burst into tears, thanking their sensei profusely. He is quick to scowl at them and get them to shut up as Seoko begins her speech.
"We chose to do these little information sessions outside of your hero classes, seeing as they're so important to you all. I'm so happy everyone said yes to our program! I promise you won't regret it! So the way LSJ school implements this process is both slow and efficient. It is taken up over a two week period and during that two week period the heroes are not allowed to see or hear the student."
Murmurs of disapproval float around the room, the scraping of chairs and ruffling of clothes can be heard as students start to raise their hand.
Uraraka's eyebrows furrow involuntarily. How were they expected to connect with the student if they couldn't physically talk? They said it was very important to 'find the right match' the other day, was it different now? Did she not mean to say that the other day?
How will I get to know her if I can't even see her? If I can't even hear her?
Saeko doesn't take the time to answer their questions though, choosing to instead continue on with her speech. "I know some of you may not be happy about this but this is to keep all immediate impressions out of the question. Having the right lifeline for the right class is the most imperative factor for a partnership to work."
Aizawa grunts, seeing his students trying to raise their hands higher in the air as if that would magically get them called on. "Hands down, questions will be taken at the end."
Saeko sends his a grateful look. "So to keep any of you from hearing or seeing them, we do this through a texting app specially made by the lifeline government department, all lifelines across the world are on this app. A video call is optional but it blocks out camera for our student and puts a voice changer on their recognised voice. This is so you can get to know their personality instead of liking them because of their looks.
That would not sustain a relationship and the program would end up failing if that was the case. And it also gives our student the chance to know you without having to worry if you genuinely like them for them."
"Well what if they do the same for us?" Mina interjects.
She's right, couldn't this situation be easily reversed?
"I assure you that will not be the case. We implement classes in our course about things like this. The specific class for the introductory process is the emotional development class, it ingrains the signs of emotional connection into our students. They've been taught to know when they like someone and they know when they don't.
If they don't they will reject the offer for the class and someone else will be offered to you. I assure you our top students take this seriously, and only our top students will be available to you." Saeko takes an audible breath before smiling at the class.
"Any questions?"
Uraraka decides to use that moment to process all the information just spewn at her. When she says it like that it actually sounds like a good idea. Maybe if she connects with the lifeline beforehand she won't be so awkward?
What are they going to talk about anyways? Sex? She blushes. Kinks? Uraraka didn't think she had any of those, she wouldn't know what to answer.
Tokoyami raises his hand. "So is it all like one big group chat?"
"It's like one big texting app, there is one main group chat with everyone who agrees to the program, that is if majority of you do and the class participates. In the app there are also private chats where you can directly talk to the student."
Kirishima raises his hand next. "Can we make our own group chats?"
Saeko nods. "You can, but it has to have the student in it or the app won't allow it. You can make group chats without them outside the app. Anything else?"
Todoroki raises his hand. "Who is our lifeline?"
Saeko beams. "I'm glad you asked. The person we're trying to match you with currently is Akira Lora, she's the top student in the entire country, even though she's a first year. She's above and beyond in all her studies and is described as very laidback and inclusive. She is the best of the best and I heard she was very excited to take in your offer. As a matter of fact I heard she signed the paper as soon as she saw it."
Uraraka can feel the pride swell inside her hearing that. She wanted to chose us that bad? I'm glad. Looking around she can see the happy faces on all her classmates at the new information.
Iida follows Todoroki's question. "How do you test students in the lifeline?"
Her classmates all freeze at the words that just escaped their class president. Seeing the look on his face they all know he means all things innocent, but...
"Well there are multiple simulations they go through. There's oral for both male and females and the machine gives them a score-"
Iida immediately recognises he made a mistake and goes scarlet red, opening and closing his mouth like a goldfish.
"There's also a simulation for penetration, riding and all different positions and different body types, a simulation on how to use toys on both themselves and others. A kink simulation exedra. Each machine gives a score that's rounded and then added together for a total mark, which is their physical exam scores."
Iida finally manages to find his words. "N-no that's ok! That's ok I think- I think I understand-" his arms chop through the air. "Thank you, I appreciate your answer." He pushes his glasses up, an embarrassed habit of his, Uraraka noticed.
"Great, anything else?"
