Yuki's pov
"How are we going to get there? Isn't it far?" I asked Hiro.
"Oh don't worry about that, I have a plan to get there."
"How?" I asked in surprise.
"You'll see." Hiro smirked and gathered all his stuff together. I swear this guy always has tricks up his sleeve.
I got all my stuff ready and found Hiro at the kitchen.
"Hey Aunt Cass! We're going somewhere!" Hiro shouted.
"Where are you two going?" Aunt Cass asked the two of us.
"Uh... we're going to the video game store. I wanted to get this video game, and I have enough money to spend it on." I lied.
"Oh okay. You two have fun."
Me and Hiro said our goodbyes to Aunt Cass. "Wow, you're a good liar."
"Yeah, girls are better liars than guys." I stated.
We were walking in downtown San Fransoyko. I admired the bright and colorful lights of the city. I never wanted to move away from this place. My heart belongs here.
"So, where's the surprise?" I asked Hiro.
"He's coming in 3...2...1..."
I saw Hiro's robot friend, Baymax in red and purple armor. He looked so cool looking! "Hiro, is this your surprise?"
"Yup. I'm very proud of myself for coming up with this idea." Hiro grinned like an idiot.
"Wait a minute, is Baymax ok with this?"
"Pshh, of course he is! Robots don't have any feelings."
"Right."
"Wait, I'll be right back."
"Wait, where are you going?!"
"I can't ride with Baymax without wearing my suit."
"What suit?!" I was so confused. What does he mean by suit?!
"Like what I said before, you'll see. You just have to let things unfold, Yuki. Just calm down."
"I'm sorry, Hiro. But curiosity got the best of me. I can't help myself. I'm a curious genius."
"You don't say." Hiro smirked. I rolled my eyes and Hiro ran off to somewhere else to change into his "suit". Few minutes later, I saw Hiro in a purple suit. He looked much more like a hero than the dorky nerd I've know for a couple of days.
"Wow. You look so cool!"
"Why thank you." Hiro winked at me. Wait?! Did he just wink at me?! I started blushing. Why did he wink at me?! Ugh, one of life's mysteries. Hiro had climbed on Baymax's back.
"Well, what are you waiting for?! Grab my hand!"
I ran and grabbed Hiro's hand. "Remember, don't let go. Don't ever let go, or you'll die." I nodded. I understood why I had to hold Hiro's gloved hand.
"Baymax, start flying." Hiro ordered.
"Okay Hiro." Baymax said. I heard the sound of an engine turning on. I looked at Baymax's feet and saw rocket boots. Those look awesome! I've always wanted to have rocket boots! Baymax now took off. We were now high up in the air. I saw the city and many buildings of San Fransoyko. I loved the view.
"This is beautiful, Hiro." I was in awe of the spectacular view of the city.
"I know it is, Yuki. Baymax, take us over there." Hiro pointed at some alleyway.
"Of course, Hiro." Baymax landed us safely at the alleyway.
"I better change back." Hiro said.
"Umm, but there's no restroom, Hiro. How are you going to change back into your regular clothes?" I questioned Hiro.
"I'll do it out here."
"Are you crazy?!" I excaimed. "People are around!"
"Yuki, this is an alleyway. No one will ever be looking for us at an alleyway. I'll just change in front of you. Just don't look at me."
Change in front of me?! What has gotten into Hiro?!
"Okay fine then." I covered my eyes. I heard Hiro taking off his purple helmet and suit. About 20 seconds later, he had said he was done changing.
"You can open your eyes, Yuki. You don't have to be so nervous."
Nervous?! How did he know I was nervous?! Oh come on, Yuki. It's the way your acting towards him. He knows you're nervous. Stop it, I told myself.
"Yuki? Is there something wrong?" I heard Baymax say to me.
I shook my head. "There's nothing wrong, Baymax."
"I'll check if you have any injuries."
"Baymax, don't run the scan." I clearly said. A few seconds later, he was finished.
"Scan complete."
"Unbelievable." I face palmed myself. I saw Hiro laughing at me.
"There isn't any injuries. But somehow, you feel nervous."
"Nervous? Pshh, are you kidding me? I'm not nervous." I shrugged it off.
"Oh, Yuki. Baymax's scans are always true. His scans are 100% accurate." You have got to be kidding me! I mentally face palmed myself in my head.
"Are you alright, Yuki?"
"Okay, can't we just go already? Don't you want to join in the bot fights?" I said ignoring the fact that they know I was full on nervous.
"Okay fine. Come on, Baymax. We'll see what's wrong with Yuki a little later." Baymax had followed Hiro, still wearing his red and purple armor. Hiro's going to find out what's going on in my head. And I do not like the sound of that. I followed Hiro and Baymax in the building.
