Pawblo and Cataloupe walked out of the spaceport together. The older male was wheeling a suitcase behind him, while the smaller male had a backpack with him. They were both wearing casual clothing. Pawblo squinted his eyes, trying to adjust to the bright sun that shined outside of the airport.

They got into a cab and were quiet the whole time. Cataloupe eyed Pawblo, who was staring outside the window. He placed a hand on his knee. "Hey. Talk to me, Blueberry. How are you feeling?"

"Nervous." Pawblo coughed a little. "Was...was this a good idea?" He turned to face Cataloupe who, when sitting down, was still slightly taller. "Does my Dad even want to meet me, his son, at all?" The big ventrexian caressed Pawblo's cheek with his hand. "I'm sure he'd be happy to meet you. He has a right to know about the man that you grew up to be." He smiled lightly, and planted a kiss on Pawblo's head. The cornflower blue ventrexian blushed. "Thanks for the reassurance, babe. I don't know what I'd do if I traveled here alone."

After a while, the cab stopped in front of a hotel. The two ventrexian men stepped out of the cab, with Pawblo paying the fare. They walked into the hotel with their luggage, and proceeded to the counter to check in. Pawblo eyed the hotel lobby, analyzing the carpet, painted walls, and nicely decorated lounge.

"Pawblo?"

The cornflower blue ventrexian snapped out of his daze. "Huh? What's up?" Cataloupe handed him a keycard. "Here's a key to our room. I have my own." He smiled as Pawblo took the key. When they were all set to enjoy their stay, the two of them held onto their bags and got into the elevator. They remained quiet, only listening to the music that the elevator speakers provided.

When they reached their floor, Cataloupe stepped out, allowing for Pawblo to follow him. They soon made it to their room, where they set their bags down. Pawblo noticed that there was only one bed. He blushed, knowing that Cataloupe had probably planned this, and sat down on the edge.

Pawblo noticed that a small gift bag was next to the lamp on the dresser. He picked it up and opened it. Attached inside was a note. It said: 'Thank you for staying! We provide couples with necessities for their stay if needed. Please feel free to call the front desk if needed.' Pawblo felt curious as to what they meant, so he pulled whatever was in the bag out, and sure enough, it was lubricant packets and rubbers.

The cornflower blue ventrexian blushed brightly and put it all back into the bag and quickly put it back where it was. Cataloupe was in the bathroom, and he didn't want to embarrass himself. When the big ventrexian walked out of the restroom, Pawblo acted like nothing happened. "H-hey, Whiskers. When you made the reservation, did...did you mark us down as a couple?" Cataloupe curled his mustache as he adjusted his shirt. "Huh, I don't know. Maybe I did? It was very late when I reserved the room." He shrugged, and joined Pawblo in sitting on the edge of the bed. "Why?"

Pawblo did his best not to stare at the gift bag, but Cataloupe caught wind of it and realized what it was. This made him blush in embarrassment. "Oh! Uh....guess they....assumed?" The two of them sat in silence for a few minutes. Pawblo twiddled with his fingers. "You.....you wouldn't hurt me....right?" He felt a little nervous asking this.

Cataloupe pulled him closer. "Never in a million years. Gotta treat my man right, you know." He winked, smiling a little. Pawblo felt at peace, being near his boyfriend. It made him feel happy, and erased any anxiety he had. The same could be said for Cataloupe.

Pawblo leaned in for a kiss. Cataloupe kissed back, soon pulling him closer with his arms. They both groaned in pleasure. As they made out, Cataloupe landed on the bed, pulling his lover on top of him. Pawblo kissed back, letting his hands roam around his lover's built upper half. His hands were soon under Cataloupe's shirt, and the person in question did not mind it at all. The shirt was slowly removed, and Pawblo planted kisses all over. The big ventrexian smirked and soon began to lift Pawblo's shirt up, only to be interrupted.

"Stop, babe. I....I'm sorry, I didn't know what I was thinking." Pawblo soon crawled off of Cataloupe and stood up from the bed. His hands covered his own face. "I just got lost in the moment, and—!"

Cataloupe sat up, holding his own shirt and moving his shoulders in relief. "Pawblo, it's okay. No need to be sorry. I got to admit, though, I've never seen that side of you before." He winked and let out a smile as he curled his mustache. He soon slid back into his shirt. "I'm more of a classy gentleman when it comes to this sort of thing, but I did not mind that at all." Cataloupe let out a chuckle.

Pawblo smiled a bit, relieved that he didn't make him mad. "Uh....thanks, I guess. I've never really....felt that way before, heh." He blushed a little but soon noticed the time on the clock. "It's getting late. Should we head out to find my Dad?"

The big ventrexian curled his mustache as he nodded in agreement. They both soon left the hotel room, and made sure they had their room keys, wallets, and phones.

"Ready, my Blueberry?"

"You bet, Whiskers."
