CH 20: Final Showdown

"So, what's the plan?" Jem asked while he was driving.

"Get in there kill them." Blackshot says.

"Seriously? Is there any plan on how to do it?"

"Yeah,"

"What is it?"

"Get in there and kill them."

"Look--We're here." Jem says as he stopped in the foot of the mountains.

"So the Shadow of A Thousand Suns was somewhere in this mountain." Jeth says.

"Yeah, now let's move." Blackshot says. "Follow me." He added.

The team stepped off from the Longfoot. Blackshot led the team deeper through the woods.

Blackshot saw a lone gangster guarding something. He let out a 'stop' gesture. He gestured for Jeth to take out the gangster on his right.

The two opened fire, killing them.

Blackshot motioned them to continue as he proceeded moving deeper. Then he stopped.

Blackshot found themselves in front of the building. Five guards were guarding in front. The building is a two-storey warehouse where Allan and his lackeys are hiding. Alejandro was also present in the scene.

Blackshot nods at Jeth. They aimed at the six and opened fire. The six fought back. Blackshot ducked to avoid shots. He aimed at the gangsters and opened fire, killing one of them. Jem aimed at Alejandro who was firing at him. He let out a shot, killing him. Eric threw a grenade, blowing two up. Jeth killed the rest.

"Alright, let's move." Blackshot says once more.

"Here that?" Allan says as he grabbed Mariel by her hair. "That's the sound of your pawns getting shot at!!"

Mariel moaned as she did all she can to loosen the rope on her wrists but to no avail, she just waits for her 'knights' to come and rescue her.

Blackshot and his team got inside the warehouse. Six men were also waiting inside. Blackshot and his team opened fire at them killing them all. Two more fired at them from above. Eric took them down.

Blackshot ran towards the stairs that will lead him to Allan. The team followed suit.

Blackshot arrived at the second floor. He saw Tony's niece tied and gagged on a chair. She was just about his age. Four men were also present in the room.

"Hey Blackshot, ready to die?" He asked.

The Windwalkers aimed at them. Jeth stared at Mariel who was restrained.

"Wow." He muttered.

"I cannot wait to end you just like what I did to your father." Blackshot grinned.

Allan glared at him. He knows that Allan was mentally ill by just looking at him.

"This ends today. Let's finish our final showdown!" Allan says.

"Let's get this over with." Blackshot says once more as he punched his palm three times.

Blackshot pulled out his gun and opened fire at Allan. Allan rolled to his right, avoiding the shot.

The Windwalkers and the gangsters opened fire at each other, they are busy trying to pin their opponents.

Allan turned his back away from Blackshot and then ran. Blackshot chased him. He opened fire at Allan but again, he misses. Allan did multiple backflip and ended up hitting Blackshot.

Blackshot flew back and crashed on the ground, landing in front of Mariel. He stood up and grabbed a stone on the ground.

Blackshot threw it Allan who again evades it. He ran towards at Blackshot and launched a fist. Blackshot caught it and then sent multiple palm strikes at Allan's chest and ending it with an uppercut.

Allan was stunned but Blackshot wasn't satisfied. He was still holding his fist. He sent an elbow strike at Allan's skull, followed by a knee strike on the jaw. Blackshot then broke his arm and ended his attack by bashing his head on a concrete column.

Allan gained a momentum to fight back. He sent right hooks and left jabs at Blackshot.

Blackshot used his fists to block Allan's attacks.

"You killed my father!!" He screamed.

Blackshot stepped back to avoid getting hit. As soon as he was far enough, he lowered his body and then aim for his nuts. He sent a powerful left punch at it, making him bent to nurse his cod piece.

Blackshot sent a kick on his face then on his body. Allan took multiple steps backward. He knew that his end has come. Blackshot charged at him, did a backflip and then kicked him while midair, making step back a little more. Blackshot drew his pistol and opened fire at his chest, making him step back to the open space below.

Allan fell from the second floor. He landed on the ground head first.

"That's what you get for messing with Blackshot!" Blackshot says as he approached Mariel.

The Windwalkers has successfully killed their enemies. They approached Blackshot who was untying Tony's niece.

"Nice." Jem says.

"Now what?" He asked.

Blackshot has taken off the ropes which binds Mariel. She takes off the gag in her mouth and hugged Blackshot.

"Wrong person you are hugging." Blackshot says as he takes her hand away from him.

She stood up and bowed down. Tears falling from her eyes.

"What's wrong?" Jeth asked.

Then she hugged him while crying.

"Alright, just tell us if you guys are finished." Blackshot says as he left.

The team followed behind him. The next objective they have is to get Tony's niece back to the building.

As soon as they arrived, Tony was pleased to see his niece. His father was also present in the area.

"Good to see a family reuniting." Jem says.

Higuit approached them.

"Great job you did back there." She says.

"Yeah." Jem says.

"This is for all those troubles we have caused to you." She says as she handed the check.

"Thanks." Jem says as he stepped off from the Longfoot. "I'll miss this truck."

"You can keep it if you like." Higuit says.

The other security soldiers around the area were cleaning the whole place up.

"Nah, I have my van and I am satisfied with that but if you are kind enough, you can deliver it at our HQ." Jem says.

"Ok, tell us your address."

"Jeth, what is the address of that house you've just recently bought?"

"Block 66 Lot 12 Phase 2, Cabuyao." Jeth says as he steps off.

"You heard him." Jem says as he tossed the keys to Higuit, who caught it with one hand.

The team walked towards the van and left the scene.
