"We will pick you up very soon my love." Billie kissed him and hand Benjamin over to her mother. Kendra touches his cheek and kisses him.
"Be good to grandma and grandpa okay? We love you." Kendra smiled giving him one more kiss.
"Spend some nice time together okay? Have fun!" Maggie smiled looking at Billie and Kendra. They nod and watched Benjamin, they waved at him and turns around. Billie and Kendra made one step and Benjamin was crying. Billie and Kendra stopped walking.
"Mama," Benjamin said and cried. Billie and Kendra turn back around and comforts Benjamin.
"Mi Amor, we aren't gone forever," Kendra says hugging Benjamin tightly, she looked worriedly at Billie. "Billie, what are we going to do?" She whisper.
"He should get used to it and we should let him remember that we won't be gone forever." She says caressing his back. "And that we are always here with him, even though we are gone." Benjamin is having separation anxiety, he's eight months old so it's very recognizable for babies his age. Benjamin already is taking his steps on sleeping in his room. The first times were difficult but it's getting better. Now he's having the same behavior again. They did leave him alone with his grandma for a few hours before, but he was younger so that wasn't any problem. Until now. "Let's say our usual goodbyes again." Kendra nods looking at Benjamin he's all relaxed again. "Mama and I will pick you up very soon. We love you!" Billie kisses his head, Kendra gave him one more hug before giving him to Maggie again.
"Are we going to bake an apple pie!" Maggie smiled looking at Benjamin. He had a tiny smile on his face. "Alright let's go! Bye mama's!" She waves at Billie and Kendra. They waved back.
"Bye, my baby love! Have fun!" Kendra says. Billie took Kendra's hand. They walk out of the house. When Kendra closes the door, she heard Benjamin crying inside the house. "I can't do this Billie." Kendra shook her head wanting to grab the door handle again, but Billie took her hand instead.
"If we keep coming back, he will never get used to it," Billie says. Kendra nods. "Let's go, he will be fine." When they got in the car, Billie started the engine and drove off. She glanced at Kendra.
"Oh, God. I don't like this." Kendra dry hear tears. Billie placed her hand on Kendra's leg. "What if he's going to cry and feel sad all day? Or even worse.-"
"That won't happen, baby. He's going to cry for the first time but after we are gone for a while he will forget that we are gone. Mom will send us a video soon of Benjamin." Kendra nods relaxing a little bit. She grabbed her vlog camera and turned on, placing it on the dashboard. Billie looked at the lens.
"Good morning, Kendra's watchers! My name is Billie Eilish and for the people who don't know me. I create and perform music. I'm Kendra's partner for life." She points at Kendra, she laughed glancing at Billie. "Yeah I know, you might think, is that Billie Eilish? Yes, I am the Billie Eilish but the older version, have you seen this wrinkle on my forehead and the grey hair growing?" Kendra laughed harder.
"You still are attractive though." Kendra bites her lip.
"Hm." Billie smiled. "Thank you, beautiful. That's nice to hear." She chuckled and looked at the road. "Oh and a beauty tip. Dye your hair so the grey goes away. At least let your hair die if it has to." Billie winked a few times, Kendra laugh and shook her head.
"Never listen to Billie guys." Billie grinned.
It's a two hours drive so Billie and Kendra switched places. Kendra is driving while Billie is on her phone, watching a cute video of Benjamin with her mother.
