Sana couldn't believe her eyes. Mr. Ashok Shukla and her father were meeting like a long lost highschool friends. What made her more surprised was, Mr. Shukla was constantly exchanging looks between her and Lisa.

After a manly hug Ashok fondly smiled at Sanidh's family. The pit in his stomach was still there about Sanidh not being with Lathika but he let that pit calm inside him.

Ashok exchanged a look with evey person present there. There was a elderly woman nearly his wife's age was standing beside Sanidh. 'She might be his wife' he thought. Looking around he saw two girls standing on each sides. One of them was blond haired and another was brown haired.

Then something suddenly stuck his mind that, Prashant never showed any picture of his grand-daughter or didn't even mention any name, and there he got strung between a blond and brown hair girl. He mentally face palmed himself.

Sanidh was still looking at Ashok astound, and Ashok can certainly understand the uncertainty behind his demeanor but it really wasn't a time to explain anything.

"I'm really happy you could join the function", Ashok asked head high with his hands stuck in his pockets.

"Oh... T...That's fine", Sanidh stuttered. This side of Sanidh was totally superior for Sana. She never saw him less confident and uncomfortable around anyone. Her father's unorthodox behaviour was enough for Sana to know that he was scared of this man.

"Actually I was expecting you since long. I know you might be thinking why am I behaving so oddly?", Ashok asked and Sanidh just nodded. "I wanted to ask you for a favor. I think this isn't really a place we should talk about this matter, so I wanted to invite you to my mansion, with all due respect", Ashok said keeping his hospitality mode on.

"I would love to, only if I could know the reason behind this Meetup", Sanidh asked sorting out his demeanor.

"Of course, as I already said this isn't a place we should really be talking about such a prestigious matter. But the rubric is, that with all my own esteem I want a approbation from you", Ashok said. His every single thing was shouting eliteness. As if he comes from a total different world where only elite people live. Sana couldn't help but remember her mother, thought of her mother still couldn't help the heart-rending feeling inside her.

"Ok... I hope I would be able to give you a favour you're going to ask for", Sabidh's ever word was calm and collected. Like he was using every word left his mouth very cautiously.

"Well... Won't you introduce your daugh... I mean family?", Ashok hesitantly asked with a sweet smile lingering on his lips.

Sanidh looked at him for a few minutes but continued with Ashok's expectation.

"This is my wife, Mrs. Meeran Gill, and here is my daughter, Lisa", Sanidh introduced completely ignoring Sana.

Sana's eyes widened and she looked at her father but a glare for her Step-mother's side was enough for her to look down. She knew she was complete embarrassment but she atleast deserve to be introduced to this world. Her tendril hands tighten with the humiliation, tears were threatening to fall from her eyes but she thought against it.

Looking up she saw Ashok looking at her, she didn't know how exactly she should handle this but she pressed him a beautiful dazzeling smile. A smile which can melt any heartless, well except for her own father.

"And may I know about this beautiful young lady", Ashok asked returning a smile. Meeran stiffened beside Sana but Sana has to clear this mess her father created.
