The most confused someone ever get is when they try to convince their head of something their heart knows is a lie. And today Siddhant was finally stepping out of this confused state into the neurotic western hemisphere.

He was already done with the adequate amount of combat he performed between his endurance and sanity. Initially, he thought to let go of all the things that Sana did, but now that his biggest misconception came crumbling down his feet, he knew he was the most erroneous person ever.

Didn't know why, but when Lisa told him that she was the one his parent betrothal him with, the wave of so many emotions passed through him like he was guilty, he was angry upon himself, he was sad for Sana and at the same time the most susceptible perception he felt was the contentment and satisfaction that Sana is not a gold-digger, materialistic b*tch he believed she was.

Now that he was sufficiently aware of the reality he doesn't have to worry. All the alien feelings he was feeling for Sana can be flaunted without a fuss now. Today he is finally going to start the conjugal phase of his life he never speculated he would, with a woman who truly has the right to stand beside him, with a woman he couldn't help but get infatuated more and more every day.

The thought of his happy conjugal life with Sana brought a small smile onto his face. Turning his neck around he saw Sana looking outside the window with a permanent scowl plastered on her face. Frowning a little he finally spoke. "What are you thinking?", which caused Sana immediately out of her traces.

Lifting her eyes into his she answered. "I'm confused".

"What? Why?", Siddhant asked a little perplexed over her tone.

Slumping her shoulders in defeat Sana spoke, " Siddhant, I feel like you dragging me according to your convenience. Am I a rag doll?".

"Sana I can understand...".

"No, you don't. Imagine the worst things you heard about yourself all your life, now how would you feel if the one person you're supposed to trust the most in the world, whom you also call your husband, not only thinks them to but, uses them as a reason not to be with you, and when he finally come out of his bizarre he would say let's start afresh?", the silence was only Sana got as an answer.

[This is a line I stole from my favorite series FRIENDS, I mean little change. But you know whenever I read it couldn't help but hear it in Jenifer Aniston's voice❤]

"Sana I know I screwed big time but is it so arduous for you to confer me a shot?", Sidharth asked unexpectedly curtailing a car.

"Yes it is", Sana almost whispered dabbing the tear that rode down her cheek and strode out of the car after shoving the door open.

Striding few steps ahead she stood straight in the middle of a deserted highway, letting the tears of loneliness slide down to their pit. She felt a movement behind her but didn't try to acknowledge it, knowing very well.

Siddhant didn't say anything to her mitigation, to which Sana was already pleased. Both of them silently stood there with no one trying to break the ice.

The winds were shifting, the air was smelling fresh mint from Siddhant's cologne and petrichor, predicting that it was going to rain soon. The loamy smell didn't exuberated Sana as it often did. It was actually filled with calm loneliness.

The cold breezes of the tropical rain forest swayed every nerve into Sana's body engulfing her essence into complete inward satisfaction. Sana peered at the evergreen forest in the dusk with mighty black graceful sky breathing in freedom.
