7. Home at last

Doc told me on the plane.  "Your staying with me as the doctor at the hospital told us. Someone needs to still be around you for a few days just in case."
We arrived at doc's house. I want to take s shower to get the flight germs off of me. Jane takes a shower while I take one too. "Jane I  want you to relax why I make us some dinner. " I make us our dinner than decide to watch a movie.  "Doc you have a

habit always picking a movie that has a sad ending."  "Jane I don't do it on purpose."  Jane and I go to her bedroom to sleep for the night. We are sound asleep when I hear a noise.  I wake up doc and tell her to stay here with her gun. I go downstairs the window is open.  On the kitchen table is a bouquet of black roses. I know who was in here. Shit this guy doesn't give up. He even by passed her alarm system to get in here. I don't think he was expecting me to be here. He is playing with her emotions.  The card states, " next time she won't make it." I call Vince. "Vince he by passed her security system and left black roses." I read him the note. "We need to beef up patrol around here and have officers outside of her home in the front and back.  Preferably, two in the back."  "I will send someone over to get  the roses and note. We already know it won't have his dna on it but the lab will check anyways.  If I cannot get approval from the Cavanaugh, I will have my buddies come to help us." I lock the window and go back upstairs. I told doc what transpired.  "Jane he is being more brazen. This will never ends until he is killed."
Vince sends two officers and one to get the evidence for Susie to find maybe anything that can link him.  I call my alarm company and give them a piece of my mind. I told them tomorrow they better work on it. I don't ever want it to be by passed. The customer service lady tells me that they offer another service that records even if the power is off. "I would highly recommend it. Its used on celebrities, politicians and big corporations that do not want their home/businesses  to be breached.  Its costly.  I will send the guys out with the system and you can see it for yourself.  We offer it for free for 90 days for you to see if you like it. If you choose not to keep it, there will be holes left that we don't repair."
"FINE JUST GET MY SYSTEM.  I WILL BE EXPECTING NOT TO BE CHARGED NEXT MONTH EITHER, SINCE YOUR SYSTEM FAILED."
Doc couldn't go to sleep.  We stayed up talking until she finally dozed off a little after sunrise.  I met with the alarm installers and reviewed the video of the system. I tell them to go ahead and to install the same at my place.  "Here is my address. Detective Frank Rizzoli will meet you there today.  Make sure you see his credentials."  I text him a photo of my brother just in case.  Doc wakes up when she hears them drilling OUTSIDE her home. They also installed a metal pole that goes up high like a flag pole height and add one there too for backyard.
"Frankie I need to let the alarm company in my home. They will be installing an alarm as well as some high tech equipment. They will call you when they leave here. Thanks."
" Susie couldn't find any dna on the note or flowers. Be careful sis."
Doc wants me to use her work out room using an exercise ball. "It will open you up and relaxes your body.  I promise. Please try."

It does help but no way am I telling doc it does. She will have me doing more poses. I am no mood to satisfy her ego. " Meh, it feels okay." I  know Jane well enough her meh is it worked.  I play along with her.  Jane and I get dressed to go for a walk sorta. I need some items from costco. "Doc on our way out, I want to get us some hot dogs, drink  and a yogurt for lunch." We stop and eat there." This mother f..is here.
" DOC LET'S GO. I RECORD HIM AND FORWARD IT TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. "VINCE WHEN HE PAYS FOR HIS ITEMS, GET A WARRANT FOR THE RECEIPTS.  I WANT THE EVIDENCE FORWARDED TO PC OF CHICAGO.  NOW HE IS STALKING HER."  I receive a phone call from the Intelligence Unit. "Detective Rizzoli we are sorry. When he returns here, the PC will address this himself. I don't foresee him being employed by the Chicago PD so please be safe. I am truly sorry this is happening to you and Dr. Isles." "THANK YOU SGT. PRUITT." 
"Doc they will be firing him when he returns to Chicago.  We will be seeing him more. He is going to become more dangerous."  Jane excuses herself and starts working out on my kick boxing bag. I let her be. I finish unpacking my items from costco. Jane stayed in there for two hours. I enter my work out room. Jane has stopped but is crying. 
" Doc I have done everything legally and I cannot stop him. You know I don't care for how Paddy resolves issues but this one Paddy needs to step in soon."  " I don't want it to end that way but it probably will be."

We watch a cubs game.
Jane is losing her voice which happens if they win or lose. Baseball season is the one time the Rizzoli family lose their voices.

I make my hot tea and lemon for her along with the lobster rolls for dinner.

This is one of Jane's favorites.  She always eats two of these.  The cubs one against the cardinals. Thank goodness or she would be difficult to be around. I love my buddy but when her cubs lose. We all are miserable around her.
