Kim Jisoo with a C in one of her subjects is a sentence many people would not expect, The Kim Jisoo that is always late to class but never fails to pass her homework and ace tests would get a C? Mathematics, of course

"Ms Kim, as you can see, you got a C on your report card, it has been like that since last quarter, you nearly dropped to a D! Luckily, your PT saved you."

Ms Feng explained, twirling her pen with her fingers, she looks at the anxious-looking Jisoo, scanning her report card.

"I-i--" Jisoo tried to form a sentence, but she couldn't, her heart is beating rapidly, Oh gosh.

"This has to be a mistake! Yes, I had been doing poorly in my quizzes but my exam score was decent, let's not forget about the essay that I did with your collaboration with English, I received remarkable remarks from you and Ms Davis, i-i just--"

She tells, convincing the not so convinced teacher right in front of her, Ms Feng looked at her, fixing her reading glasses.

"I'm sorry Jisoo, it's not a mistake, I am positive about it, J-Jisoo, let us not forget the quizzes is also a substantial part of your grade"

Jisoo looked at her with a sad expression, anxiousness and distress plastered on her face.

"Jisoo, I am not trying to scare you but this is the last quarter of this school year, if your grade dropped you would not be able to redeem it unless you take summer classes, observing your score on our first two tests, comparing those two with the previous quarter, nothing had changed..."

"Oh but, Ms Fei, I don't want to be rude but I don't want to be stuck in this school learning mathematics and equations when all of my friends are having fun"

"I understand Jisoo, which is why I think that you should get a tutor" The teacher answered back, her eyes stare directly at Jisoo's eyes filled with anxiousness.

Jisoo looked at her confused, she did not look like she was kidding

"A t-tutor? I'm sorry but Ms Feng, I don't study in pairs I prefer to study alone"

She reasoned, surely there would be another way to fix this. She mentally rolled her eyes, bragging was not her intention but she thinks that there will be a chance of her correcting whoever her tutor is.

"Well, looks like studying alone when the subject is mathematics is not working for you Jisoo"

Before Jisoo got a chance to disagree, Ms Feng spoke

"Sorry Jisoo, Taehyung? Yes please come forward"

Taehyung? Seriously? Aish, as if this won't get any worse

Taehyung walked forward, his signature messy hair but still looking attractive as ever

"Yes, Ms Feng? Did I do something wrong?" The boy asks, his eyes then moved to the annoyed-looking Jisoo.

"Other than coming to class late, no, no you did not, I just called you here to tell you that you will be tutoring Jisoo"

The lad smirks, "Oh sure Ms Feng, I'll make sure she'll get a better grade than what she had the past quarters"

"Ms Feng, can't Jennie be my tutor? Or perhaps Jihyo?"

"Sorry, Jisoo, just please cooperate, for the sake of your grades" Ms Feng replied standing up but not before patting the brunette's hand.

"Guess it will just be the two of us, huh?" The boy smirked

Jisoo looks at him, disgusted, "Get that smirk off your face before I slap it for you"
