we talked for awhile before going back home. i had a good time until I saw him. the one I didn't wanna see... especially not with her.
i sat in the couch thinking. about everything. evaluating my thoughts.
i got a new message I looked to see the contact name. "dre <3" is what it read. i took a deep breathe and began going through all my messages before opening his. one from alejandro, one from kairi, etc etc etc.
"hey, I was wondering when you would be free maybe next week? to talk.. both of us haven't really gotten the closure that we needed." - alejandro.
I started pressing my fingers on the keyboard trying to form the words.
"uhm yeah... i guess we could do that. maybe Wednesday?" i texted back.
instantly the read receipt showed. "he was waiting.." i thought, but that doesn't mean anything.
i opened all other messages before clicking on dre's contact.
"hey! i was wanting to come over to see you today if that is okay" i read the message and thought of a response.
"yeah that's fine with me" i didn't wanna turn him down but I didn't wanna see anybody today either... whatever.
