The Threat

"Guy's get the princess!" Yelled someone. I was confused and scared, where was mother? All around people were yelling and running and then i saw a little girl with the most beautiful blue eyes and the blondest hair ever. She had round cheeks and was crying. A guy popped up from behind and was going to hit her with a sword. That's when it happened, the sudden urge that i had to protect her. The sword came down and it met flesh.
"Ahhhh"!

12 YEARS LATER
I sat upright and was breathing hard. Again with that stupid dream. I got out of bed and headed for the bathroom.
Knock!
Knock!
"Come in"! I said. I was in a T-shirt and trousers. The Princesses personal maid came in.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Her royal highness wants a word,"the maid said and left. I quickly took a bath and changed into my black jacket and jeans. I did my hair into a bun and left for Alace's room. I knocked on the door and opened it.
"Ah, Raven" Alace said and smiled. I stood next to her.
"Alace." I said and she smiled again.
"I have guests comming tonight. I'm throwing a ball!" She explained.
"For your 16th birthday i presume." I said.
"Yes, oh what should i wear. You have to do my hair k"! She said.
"Of course." I said.

"I'm wearing green, what do you think?" Alace asked as she twirled.
"Beautiful" i say.
"Well then let's head out" she said. The maids drew back the curtains and we walked through. Alace, the princess, waved and smiled. I stood behind her. Later she dismissed me and i stood off to the side.
"How's it going Raven? " whispered a voice into my ear. I, hand on my sword, turned aroung to find Login looking back at me with his stupid smirk. I sighed and turned back around and my eyes swept the room and finally located the princess.
"You know i was looking forward to this. I was actually hoping to see you in a dress." He said. He looked staright and niether of us made eye contact. We probably looked like we were just standing side by side.
"Ha actually i was hoping to see you in a dress" i say and he laughs.
"Fiesty" he replies
"Don't tempt me" i say
"I know that if i did i wouldn't see the sun tommarow. Aww come on laugh already! All the girls die on me the giggle at the very sight of me. Are you like some kind of code that i need to crack or something" he asks?
"No I'm just not stupid" i say. A royal memeber of the royal court comes and stands next to me.
"Do not create panick but take the princess to her room we are going to be attacked". He said.
"Sir how can you be so su..."i dint finish. He handed me a letter and on it was the red skull.
"Not the dragons"! I say.
"Thier leader has some guts to attck on the night of the ball but you know they've never failed so far" he saod and left.
"Login it's party time" i say and he smirks.
"I like you in what you are just fine. Let's dance!" ♡♥
