The Meeting

Keith's POV

I am kind of freaking out because after I got home from my date with Lance yesterday night Shiro and Allura asked if they could meet Lance. I'm glad that they want to meet him but they can be very protective! It took them months before they actually began to like Michael and let him come over when they were not there. I really liked Lance and I would like to see my boyfriend come over and spend the night. But they were persistent and insisted that he come over for dinner tonight so I am frantically looking for something nice to wear. 

I opened up my closet and searched for something that wasn't fishnets,crop tops, or ripped jeans. Eventually I found a blazer and dress pants that he had gotten me for Allura's Uncle Corans birthday. They were a little old but still worked. I put them on and headed downstairs. As I walked downstairs the bell rang and Shiro answered. He gracefully invited Lance to come in and he took one look at me and his jaw dropped.

Shiro's POV 

Lance rang the bell and I opened the door. Allura came running to the door and he handed her flowers and shook my hand. Then he glanced over my shoulder and I can only assume that he saw Keith because he was awestruck.  I heard Keith come up behind me and hugged lance.

"Hello, sir,ma'am," Lance spoke "Nice to meet you two,"

"Hello, lance you can call me Allura and this is Shiro," Allura said. Lance stuck his hand out for me to shake and I did. Lance had only spoken a few words and he already had better manners than Michel. 

"Nice to meet you too Lance, you may call me Shiro,"  I said. Allura then led us to the table and we all took a seat.

Keith's POV

Shiro told Lance to call him Shiro. By the time Michael and I broke up he still wasn't allowed to call Shiro, Shiro. This was a big step and it meant that Shiro was warming up to Lance already. 

Shiro's POV

I haven't really gotten to know Lance yet. Sure Keith talks about him but I want to get to know him as a human being. 

"So Lance, how's the family?" I asked

"Ya there good," he responded. We went back and forth discussing family and i asked him some more questions. Finally  I had gotten the  normal questions out of the way now it was time to ask the most important question.

"So Lance, what is your intention with Keith?" I asked, he froze.

[ Hello, have fun debating what will happen with the cliffhanger. JK i will be posting the rest later this week. (Don't be mad lol). Sorry for the shorter chapter, im really tired today.
