Several hours later, when the last of the classes were finished for the day, Bugs as promised, stood by the school doors and waits anxiously for Daffy to meet him.Their last conversation have left him confused and at the same time nervous as he taps his foot in a pacing, anxious matter.
His heart was racing fast and for the first time in his life, he was scared.
He knew something was wrong earlier by the odd sad tone of Daffy's voice when he told him to meet him after school even though they had just shared a laugh together a moment ago as if.... he had recently discovered something that made him upset.
The sudden thought of Daffy resenting him, caused his body to shudder to the core.
Finally, after 5 minutes has passed, Daffy, who looked so worn out and tired around the eyes, walks up to him.
"Alright I'm here Daffy. Now, tell me what is going on here? You fine just a while ago. Did something happen at the gym lockers?" Bugs asked in concern.
Whatever it was, he was willing to hear.
Unaware, that these few next words will very be difficult for him to explain.
"When were you going to tell me about this?" Daffy asked in a monotone voice, ignoring Bug's questions as he digs into his jacket pocket and reveals the acceptance letter out to him.
"What?" Bugs muttered under his breath.
He was flustered and his whole body immediately froze in a instant.
"Why didn't you tell me that you're leaving to America for college? Did you just plan on going without saying goodbye to any of us?" Daffy asked with a mixture of hurt and anger in his tone.
"D..Daffy, it wasn't like that. Honest. I wanted to tell you myself but I...just didn't have time to." Bugs sputtered in a panic.
"Bugs, don't lie to me. You had plenty of time. This paper was sent to you, two weeks ago." Daffy said with a rising anger in his voice.
"That was before...." Bugs tries to say before he was interrupted.
"Before what?" Daffy asked in a irritated manner.
"Before...." Bugs said but, then paused as he tries to fumble with how to explain to him of the real reason why his heart had changed his mind.
His mouth however, refused to say another word.
He couldn't breathe nor make a single sound to indicate his struggles as the silence between them lingered on.
The air between them felt cold and the ongoing burning silence gave Daffy a hinting signal that this was going no where at this point.
"Tch. You're unbelievable!" Daffy yelled in frustration as he ran right outside the door.
"Daffy, wait! Bugs called out to him as he tries to catch up and ran after him.

Meanwhile, Sylvester and Tweety, who were at the time right outside the door, sat on the school steps to talk over a few things.
Including, where their relationship was going to be like after Sylvester and his friends graduate.
"What's up puddy cat? You wanted to talk?" Tweety asked in a perky mood to start up the conversation.
"Oh..uh yeah. I...just wanted you to let you know that since I'll be graduating soon, I might not have time to be around ya as often and it's because I...I have to go to college soon and...ugh. It's complicated. My mom wants me to be a somebody and I don't want to disappoint her for not going to school. But most importantly, I don't want you to be sad and lonely and I....I like you. Like really like you and I want give us a try but I just don't know what to do and..." Sylvester tried to inform nervously as he rubs his head from a pounding migraine that he had been getting from his ongoing stress until he was interrupted by Tweety, who stopped him by planting a small kiss on his cheek.
Sylvester's face immediately went red and burning in response.
"It's okay. I can wait for you. There is no pressure at all because wherever you'll be going, I'm sure that it'll be great and I'll be supporting ya 100%. Who knows, maybe I want to be there myself next year. After all, I am only 1 year behind you. So why worry. I won't alone as long as you're here with me and even if we apart, we'll always be together." Tweety said sweetly as he holds on to his hand to assure him of his word.
Sylvester smiled brightly as the two locked eyes for a moment before their lips share a long and sweet blissful kiss.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A few minutes after Sylvester and Tweety had talked and made up on the outside entry way of the school, Daffy then suddenly bursted outside as Bugs follows up closely behind him in attempt to stop him from running away.
"Daffy! Will you just listen to me? Please, let me explain..." Bugs begged before he got interrupted.
"No! You lied to me, You said that we wouldn't keep secrets from each other, I let you in and you blew away our trust. See, this is exactly why I don't make new friends here and yet I ended up falling in love with you!" Daffy yelled out as the two immediately blush in shock from those last 5 words.
Once again, the silence starts to fill in the area as Tweety and Sylvester sadly witness the two in distress.
"Daffy..." Bugs said softly as he tries to reach for his hand but was pushed away in response.
"Forget it! Just....leave me alone." Daffy sobbed in a strained voice as he walks away from him slowly while looking down, hoping to not let anyone see that in a matter of seconds, he would be crying his heart out.
As Bugs watched him leave from his sight, he sighed and looked down.
He then, turns around and sees that Tweety and Sylvester knew what happened as he rubs his arm in sorrow.
"I blew it didn't I?" Bugs asked them rhetorically with a soft sad chuckle as he too walks away from the school building in a different direction and heads on home.
