Recap: Tweak and Barnacles alert the entire crew to Vanessa's disappearance. After a failed attempt to contact her, they head out to find her. Will they discover Vanessa's whereabouts? Read on to find out...
"Ok..." Vanessa watched the family of lobsters crawling off across the sea-floor to the clearing, away from the rock face. "Four lobsters down, no idea how many more to go..." Vanessa mentally sighed to herself. Zelda was doing her best, helping out as many creatures as she could. Vanessa was more than glad she wasn't alone.
"LOOK OUT!" a voice yelled, and Vanessa flinched in surprise. She jumped out of the way in the nick of time as a few big rocks came tumbling down. "Woah..." she muttered to herself, stunned. She had barely noticed them, lost in her own thoughts and tiredness.
"You okay?" the turtle that Vanessa had helped earlier, asked as it swam over slowly to her. Vanessa nodded. "Yeah, thanks for alerting me," she thanked the turtle.
"Don't mention it." the turtle replied. "Oh and by the way, Zelda is looking for you over there."
"Alright, thanks." Vanessa swam over to Zelda so she could help her. "And careful with that hurt flipper!" And she almost swam into a rock that was lying nearby. "Damn it," she muttered under her breath before she swam over to the young dolphin.
Hmm, she looks tired... The turtle thought.

"According to Dashi, matey, this be the trench the Gup-V is in." Kwazii said as he pointed his paw at the rather deep trench.
"It looks really deep," Daniel remarked. "And dark..." Peso added as he gulped.
"Daniel, bring the towline, let's pull the Gup-V out," Captain Barnacles said. "Kwazii, Peso, look around for any sign of Vanessa." he instructed.
"Aye aye Captain!" Kwazii and Peso said in unison as they proceeded to go and look for Vanessa.

"Oh come on, stop swimming so fast!" Zii snapped as he swam after the shoal of fish. They still had that small, round thing that belonged to Vanessa, which she said she'll need to help them with rescuing the creatures of the reef. He was trying to get it back, but those fish just wouldn't stop!
Just then, the Octo-compass broke free from the shoal of fish and began to drift off in the water.
"Gotcha!" Zii cried triumphantly as he finally caught the Octo-compass in his mouth. Now he had to get back to Vanessa and Zelda. They could use some help. And fast. With that, Zii started to swim back to the reef as fast as his flippers could take him.
