What if six months after HawkMoth was gone Marinette fell down from a portal and was saved by Superboy. Now she must regain her confidence both as a normal kid and a superhero. She finds love along the way with a certain bird too.

A/N- I'm sorry this chapter was so short, I just couldn't think of where I wanted this story to go so it has a rushed ending that I'm not completely satisfied with. However, I'm going to keep it because I have other stories I do want to write I just wanted to try and finish this one first. I hope this ending is satisfying enough to y'all and if not I'm sorry it was the best I could do. At the bottom is an old drawing I did for this fanfic.
True to Lila's word she didn't mess with Marinette but, Adrien tried every moment to get close to her. However since the incident, Marinette was never alone and it quickly built up her confidence knowing her friends were always there for her, even her new ones.
"Good Morning class and happy Monday. I hope your weekend was fun." Ms. Garcia says she looks around the class and sighs at seeing a missing Noah and Chastity. "Page? Where are those two I say them earlier this morning." Page shrugs her shoulders, Ms. Garcia looks to Marinette and Nora, "Girls have you seen them?" "No ma'am." She sighs but continues on with her lesson. Not even minutes later Noah and Chastity come barreling in laughing and red-faced. When they finally calm down Ms. Garcia speaks "Would you like to fill us in on what is so funny. As well as why you are so late to my class", she states with a raised brow. Both straighten up "We're sorry ma'am, it won't happen again." She looks unconvinced but nods her head to them silently telling them to go to their table. The best thing about Ms. Garcia is she never forgot what it was like to be a kid and while was stern in her rules always forgave the little things. As they sit down everyone gives them looks as to explain to them what was going on, they only quietly laugh and turn to the board. Marinette notices something strange on Chastity's neck and angles herself to get a better look. Her face heats up when she notices what it is, she starts slapping Nora's shoulder and points to Chastity's neck. Nora turns before gasping dramatically, the others turn to her. Marinette and Nora have star-struck faces as they keep looking between Chastity and Noah. Page finally annoyed at their behavior looks at Marinette and Nora with spill the beans look. Marinette just eyes the spot on Chastity's neck that is lightly bruised, Noah noticing where she is staring starts blushing before covering her up in his blazer. "Stop it," he whispers yells at Marinette who just starts laughing, quickly followed by Nora. Page finally realizes what was happening "Oh my goodness, you guys are together!" She shouts loud enough for everyone in the class to hear. At this point, everyone is looking at their table in interest mainly cause they are always the talk of the school. (Think nice popular people.) "Book would you like to say it louder for the people on the other side of the classroom to hear?" Chastity asks sarcastically, "Sorry," Page mumbles "Yes I and Noah are together we just didn't think it was a big deal," she says nonchalantly while blushing as Noah smiles at her goofily "I knew it!" Nora jumps up in her seat and does a happy dance. Everyone starts whispering and phones come out and you could hear the pings of alerts meaning by now pretty much the whole school knew. "Alright, class settle down, settle down." Everyone turns to Ms. Garcia, she smiles at Noah and Chastity before starting the day's lesson.
The rest of the week went by smoothly until Friday came around. Marinette was walking with Artie and Page to their lunch table when Adrien and Lila approached her. They stood right in front of her blocking the way. Marinette and her friends tried to just walk around but were again stopped. At this point, Jon and Damian were coming up behind Marinette just in case they needed to step in. "You know Marinette we belong together. Plus if you didn't date me you'd be turning down a superhero, remember I was the great Chat Noir." Marinette glares "You are nothing more than an entitled idiot who thinks I am an object you can own. News flash I'm not." Everyone watches as Adrien's face heats up in embarrassment as people start to laugh and translate to their friends what she said. "Come on just give me my miraculous. I know you still keep it around your neck. I could show everyone here what a great hero I am. You could also call ladybug so Lila could become Rena Rouge again." Marinette only stares when suddenly she snaps. "You are no hero and neither is Lila hell I think you're delusional. No one in this room knows what you are talking about, there were never any heroes in Paris. You are a crazy, psycho, and obsessed idiot who thinks they own me! Well, listen up I don't belong to anyone never have never will!" And it's true no one knew of HawkMoth, it was never broadcasted, Marinette never talked about it, and neither did the boys. Everyone watched as Lila comes up to them "Of course there were hero's in Paris, me and Adrien were two of them!" She brags. "Then look them up," Jon comments knowing nothing will pop up. "Fine we will!" Adrien huffs, he and many others pull out their phones and nothing. There were no pictures, no news reports, and no heroes, "what..." he breaths out. Marinette watches as both of them look around searching for someone to have an answer people only laugh. "But... you're wearing my ring around your neck!" "No, it was the last thing my old mandarin teacher before I went mute and he lost all his memories," Marinette and the others walk away leaving a confused Adrien and Lila.
The rest of the year flies by and soon the next year, and the next, and finally graduation. Life went on, Marinette stayed close friends with Nora, Page, Chastity, and Noah. Speaking of Noah and Chastity they got married right after high school it was a small private wedding, Marinette was the maid of honor. Chastity and Noah opened a clinic for children on the streets after both becoming doctors. They took their scholarships all the way. Nora got her dream job of being a teacher which is kind of ironic considering as kids she hated her younger siblings and how irresponsible she was. Page opened a beauty store where she now gets people ready for proms, dances, weddings, and everything in between, she did Chastity's makeup for free. Jon followed in his parents' footsteps and started working at the Daily Planet. Finally, Marinette opened up M&DW it stands for Marinette and Damian Wayne a fashion empire they ran together. Marinette all the fashion part of it and Damian ran all the business aspects. They became the power company of the century even before they married. Now life goes on for all of the now adults and they wouldn't change a thing, they love where they all are.
