Chapter 23: Finally back

(Y/N's p.o.v.)
I had refused to leave the room, even after the door was unlocked. I wanted nothing to do with him. I hugged my knees to my chest and threw the crown off and it hit the grown with a thud. A knock come from the door but I gave nor reply. Lucifer walked in anyways and sighed. He walked over to me.
" My love, you need to come eat."
" Im not hungry."
" Love-!"
" Don't call me that!"
There was silence for a moment before he spoke again.
" We're having a ball tonight to celebrate you as the new queen. I know you don't love me, but I have eternity to wait on you."
" Alastor won't let you get away with this."
He growled at the mentioning of Alastor.
" Ah, the deer. Still believe he'll come save you?"
" Yes, him and my family."
" Good to see your loyalty is unrivaled, but I'm telling you, he doesn't care. He only wanted his staff back."
" And I'm telling you, you're wrong."
He scoffed and left the room. I hugged my legs tighter to me and waited patiently. Alastor would come, I know it. A maid came in and held dresses in her arms.
" My queen, King Lucifer wanted you to try on these dresses."
" Thats not necessary. I'm not going to the ball. And don't call me queen."
She looked at me as i messed with the bracelet Alastor had given me. I tried to call him to me using its power but...it didn't seem to work in hell. Why Lucifer didn't take it off me I didn't know.
" My lady, please, try and give this a chance."
" I dont have to give anything a chance. Alastor is coming for me and we're leaving!"
She sighed. " The radio demon is a lai-!"
" Is a sweet man if people weren't so scared to get to know the man. He did wrong, yes, but last time I checked everyone can do wrong, even the same way he did, so i don't want to hear it!"
She raised an eyebrow.
" The king is right, youre loyalty and faith in him is unrivaled."
She sat the dresses down and she left. I looked down at them and saw nothing but black dresses. I did love the color back but.....i missed that red color Alastor wore. The color of a beautiful rose. I got up and went to my closet. I looked around for anything red. I found a red dress, crown, and a pair of heels. I got dressed into it.

I smiled and sat on the bed.
" I miss you, Alastor."

(Alastor's p.o.v.)
That night came and everyone was getting ready to sneak in. I looked down, wanting to go and get her. To make sure she was okay. Angel looked at me and sighed.
" Al."
I looked up at him and he handed me my old staff.
" Take it. I'll switch you spots, but you have to remember its in and out. You see Lucifer, you run away with her."
I nodded and took the staff. It changed back to my vintage microphone and got in the group with the others. Charlie opened the portal and we all went through. We appeared in the rose garden and looked around. It was night here too. Charlie lead the walk and we came to a brick wall. She pressed in the bricks in a certain pattern, then went in. She lead us up the stairs and we finally got to the library. We passed, hearing waltz music.
" They're throwing a ball..." Charlie whispered.
" Let's see if she's in the room first."
We nodded and headed to the room, however we were meant with guards. They charged us and we were drawn into a battle. I used my power from my staffed and stabbed through the lot of them. While we took care of the guards Charlie opened the door.
" Shes not here! She has to be in the ball room!"
We ran to the ball room as fast as we could, gaurds tailing us. We got there and we saw the group of overloads and hell's royalty. We charged in and scanned the room for (Y/N). I saw her on the balcony, struggling to get away from Lucifer.
" (Y/N)!!!!"
She turned to me and her face lit up, bright smile appearing on her beautiful face. She pushed Lucifer away and ran to me. I opened my arms for her and she ran into them. I hugged her tight and span her around.
" Our my darling girl!! How i missed you!!"
She clung to me and shaked.
" I knew you'd come for me."
" Of course i would, I wouldn't be able to live without you."
The guards surrounded and i clung to her. Lucifer growled, walking over to us. I glared at him, i wanted to kill him, slaughter him.
" Give me, my wife back." Lucifer growled.
" Your.....what!? SHE WASN'T YOURS TO BEGIN WITH!!"
Lucifer growled at me. He lunged at us and i dodged, never dropping (Y/N). The guards grabbed the other and Lucifer cornered us into a corner. I used the power in my staff to attack him, but he deflected it with ease. (Y/N) clung to me tight.
" Dont let him take me, Alastor." She whimpered.
I growled as the room went crimson.
" Never."
The royals and overloads backed away, Lucifer growled at us.
" Give her back!" He lunged at us.
The staff glowed bright and kncoked him away as it lifted us both in the air. The staff flew out of my hands and in between (Y/N) and I. The staff slipt in two, becoming to different staffs. My vintage microphone and her beautiful moon staff from before. Power surged through me and a crown appeared on my head. It matched (Y/N's) crown and my outfit changed to that similar to the other royals in hell. I smiled at her as we both grabbed our staffs and landed on the ground. We turn to Lucifer and he was frozen in place. The guards let go of our friends and i smirked.
" You cant do anything to us now. The treadty states that no one steals from another royal, and it would seem my beloved and I now count."
We left the ball room with the others. We went back to the human world and Angel and Jeremy were shocked when they saw us. (Y/N) hugged me tight.
" Alastor! I missed you so much!"
I held her as tight as I could without hurting her.
" I was a wreck without you. Come on, we have to go."
We all loaded into the car and we left. I never let her go the entire ride. We were in very back of the van and I clung to her like glue. I kissed her deeply and melted. She relaxed and wrapped her arms around my neck as we laid in the back seat. I pulled away and cupped her cheeks.
" Dont leave me like that again. I was miserable without you."
She smiled and snuggled into me. I held her close to me and rested easily, knowing I finally had her back.
