(Alastor's p.o.v.)
My eyes open and smiles at the sleeping angel next to me. I stroke her cheek and place a gently kiss on her forehead. She shifts and her beautiful eyes open.
" Goodmorning, my love." I smile.
" Hey, deer-boy." She giggles softly.
I chuckles and we sit up as she pops her back.
" I'll go get breakfast started for you and the others."
She nods and smiles at me. I leave the room and head for the kitchen. I see that her dad and Angel were already up and cooking.
" Morning, Al." Angel smiles.
" Morning. Did we sleep in that late?"
" Nah, we just woke up earlier."
I nod and take a seat. Angel smiles at me.
" So, sleep well?"
" Very."
Angel smiles and looks at me.
" Alastor....I got a message from Charlie."
I turn to him, eyes wide.
" What did she-!"
I hear a familiar voice yawning.
" Morning everyone."
I turn around to see my darling love, wiping the sleep from her eyes. She was still her pajamas. I open my arms for her and gladly excepts the hug. Angel and I shared a looking, knowing we'd have to talk about it later. The day passed and (Y/N) was in the living room watching Husk do card tricks. Angel and I sit in the kitchen and I look at him, a bit nervous.
" So what did Charlie say?"
" She said for me to tell you she talked about it with Vaggie. She's going to help but before she comes here, she has to get something."
I raise an eyebrow in curiosity.
Get something?
" What does she have to get?"
" I'm not sure, she didn't say."
I nod, letting out a sigh.
" Alright, at least she's on our side."
She suddenly hear laughing. Poking our heads out of the kitcnen, we see Nifty playing with (Y/N's) wings. (Y/N) laughs.
" Stop! My wings are sensitive!" She laughs.
Husk chuckles and shuffles his cards.
" Mine were too. You get use to it."
I smiled at the family I now had, even though I was sent to hell, I couldn't feel more blessed. I walk over to them and Nifty smiles at me.
" Alastor! Her wjngs are so soft!" Sbe smiles.
I chuckle and nod.
" I'm well aware." I say, smiling down at my lover.
She smiles back and holds my hand.
When night came, I got up from the bed, careful not to wake (Y/N) up, and walked into the livingroom.
" There you are Al." Husk says.
I look up and see everyone up.
" What are you all still doing up?"
" Same reason as you." Angel says, smoking a cigarette.
I take a seat and sigh, running my hand through my hair.
" I still can't believe this." Angel mumbles.
" What? That we're all eventually going to fight Lucifer?" Husk retorts.
" No...well yeah that, but I mean...having a family. Having two people that genuinely give a fuck about us."
We sit in silence for a moment, before Nifty breaks it, in a surprisingly calm voice.
" Its nice. Nice to feel wanted, to feel loved."
Angel nods with a sad smile as he finishes his cigarette.
" Haven't felt like that in a long time."
The lights suddenly come on and we see (Y/N) and her father.
" Oh...how long have you guys been standing there?"
" Long enough." Jeremy says, hugging his daughter's shoulder.
He walks over and hugs Angel and Nifty, while (Y/N) hugs me and Husk.
" We love you, you guys. This is your home now and you will always have a place here."
We break and all of us start crying, clinging to them as if they would disappear if we let go.
" We're here. We won't go anywhere."
" P-Promise." Angel chokes out.
" We promise."
After crying for what felt like forever, we let them go.
" How about we all just have a sleepover in the livingroom?" (Y/N) asks.
We nod and smile at them. She smiles and they go get extra covers and pillows. Jeremy turns on a movie and turns off the lights as (Y/N) gets snacks for everyone. We all gather up in a large pallet on the floor and cover up, watching the movie. Half way through the movie, Jeremy and (Y/N) fell asleep. I smiled and held (Y/N) close to me. Not too long afterwards, I fell asleep. I had a horrible nightmare. Lucifer was taking (Y/N) away from me, chaining me down so I couldn't help her and get her back. She screamed for me to save her, reaching out as she cried.
"ALASTOR!!! HELP ME!!!"
I tried to speak but nothing came out, it was liek my voice was taken straight from me. As she got further and further away, so did her voice, her cries, and her begging for help. My eyes shot open and the dream was over. I looked at the time and it was 2:30am. I got up and stepped into the backyard. I shook from fear as tears ran down my cheeks. After a few minutes, I heard the backdoor open.
" Alastor?"
I tuned around and saw (Y/N) there, rubbing her eyes.
" Why are you still up?"
" N-Nightmare."
She walked over and hugged me tight. Breaking into a sob, I held her tightly.
" Alastor, its okay. It was just a bad dream it wasn't real."
I cupped her cheeks as she looked up at me.
" You know I love and would do everything I can to protect you, right!?"
" I know, sweetheart. I know."
She pulled me down and kissed me gently. I melted in her hands and held her close to me. The sweet taste of cherries lingered on her lips, making a purr raise in my chest. Wrapping one arm around her waist and putting a hand on the back of her head, I deepened the kiss. A small little moan came her, exciting me. She pulled away.
" A-Alastor, we should go back to bed. Come on."
I smiled and went back in, going to bed.
