Walker Archer is a 19 year old champion pro boxer with a heart of gold. He's a goofy and crazy soul that could brighten anyone's mood just by looking at him. His loyalty is a trait everyone loves about Walker.
Maeve Auclair is an 18 year old quiet...
"Go to your weighings boy!" I smack my hands together, causing Jacob to run off.
I laugh and turn around to see Maeve admiring the gym.

It's much cleaner than every other gym I've been in, besides my own.
I'm glad the boys get to experience this.
"Ready to fuck some people up?" Caden hands me my water bottle.
Nodding, I motion my head to Maeve. "Keep an eye on her, yeah? I'll be busy with my kids so I want her with one of y'all."
"Yes sir yes sir!" Gray jogs over to Maeve.
Caden nods and walks off.
"Oh he's a nervous wreck!" Jacobs mom, Anastasia, walks over.
I shake my head. "He's gonna be. Once he gets out there all that fear is gonna drop and he's gonna be in his element. That boy thinks he's not ready, but I promise you, he kicks ass in my class. Ma'am, he's your son, but I think of him as my own. He's going places without even realizing it. I've been teaching that boy for two years now. From him knowing nothing, to coming to me saying he's ready to fight."
"He's very blessed to have you as his coach. Thank you for being so patient with him." she smiles.
"Anytime. He's a pleasure to teach." I look over her shoulder to see the one and only, Trenton. "Excuse me." I walk past Anastasia.
Trenton looks at me and puts his arms out. "Walker!"
"Trenton. It's been awhile." I stand tall.
"How have you been?" he asks with a smirk.
I chuckle. "How have YOU been? With your new life huh? And new fancy trainer?"
"Oh come on, Walker. We both knew he wasn't getting us anywhere in life." he rolls his eyes. "I have a clean record!"
"Really? Last I checked—" I look at my imaginary watch. "—I own a whole fucking gym that everyone in my town goes to. All my students that have been competing has yet to lose a match. You betrayed your whole team." I spit.
"You walked over to me." he states.
The bell digs and I scoff. "Let me see who my opponent is." I push past him, brushing my shoulder against his.
He follows along and once we get to the paper, our eyes widen.
We turn to each other.

"Almost time!" Liam runs in place.
I glare at Trenton when I feel a gentle poke. "You okay?" Maeve signs.
Nodding, I take a deep breathe. "Yeah. The dude in going up against not only betrayed our sport, he betrayed everyone who looked up to him."
