Chapter 16

Victoria’s POV

It’s New Year’s Eve today!! We have a party I think I won’t drink much I want to remember it. I mean it’s the first time we all celebrate it together. It’s gonna be good I have that feeling. But I also have another one which says that something not so good happens tonight.

About one hour before midnight I’m in the kitchen to eat some ice cream and someone puts his hands on my waist. I turn around and see Andy.

“Put your hands off my waist or I’m gonna scream so loud that whole London hears me.” I say.

“Oh come on let’s have some fun!”

“Andy, I have a boyfriend and I’m not gonna cheat on him because I really love him with all my heart.”

After that he leaves the kitchen and when I find ice cream again someone puts his hands on my waist.

“Again? Are you kidding me?” I shout when I turn around. But it’s not Andy. It’s my lovely boyfriend. “Oh it’s you Niall.” I say and look at the ground a bit ashamed. “Did Andy do that too?” “Uhm yeah but I told him not to so it’s fine.” “Okay. That’s good.” Niall lifts me up and I put my legs around his waist. “Give me some of the ice cream?” “Let me think.. no haha” “You’re gonna pay for that” He says and starts kissing me so gently that it tickles. I start laughing and we both fall through the kitchen door and we fall on the ground, Niall on top of me. Still kissing me. “You still want some ice cream?” “Uhm let me think. No. haha I’m kidding give me some.” We stand up again and eat the food.

It’s nearly midnight and we all stand in the living room. We count down the seconds till the new year and Niall holds my hand.

10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1…0… Niall’s and mine new year kiss is very passionate and we can hear the fireworks outside. We all decide to go outside and watch them.

“Can I have everybody’s attention please?” Niall says and we all look towards him. “Victoria, I want to say that I really love you with all my heart. We went through so much together and I don’t know what I would have happened without you.” He goes down on one knee takes a box out of his pocket and continues. “Victoria, will you marry me?”

“Yes oh my god yes” Is all I can say. Happy tears are in my eyes. I can’t believe Niall just asked me to marry him!! Niall puts the ring on my finger. It fits perfect. “I love you so much Nialler.” “You can’t imagine how much I love you!” he replies and kisses me.

Everybody cheers and hugs us. Pas says to me “Vic you know you’re engaged now? With Niall? Do you remember when you told everyone you’re gonna marry him and everyone laughed at you” “Yes I remember it all. You don’t know how happy I am right now!”

We go back inside and dance again and have fun. Then I notice Steffi and Andy in a corner. She looks very weak and pale. Oh my god blood is on her! When the others see my shocked face they also look at them. “Andy how the hell can you do that to my best friend?” Niall shouts. “I can because I am a vampire haha I could kill you all in a few seconds” “Don’t you dare doing that!” I say and look him in the eyes. “Oh my god your eyes. You… you… oh my god I should leave now. Steffi is gonna be okay just let her drink water. See you”

“Guys? What is with my eyes? I’m scared now!” I ask. Niall answers that they are really beautiful and we all laugh.

“Well guys today there is a breakfast in public and we should arrive there. Would our adorable girlfriends come with us even though they are gonna get much hate from fans who are just jealous?” Liam asks and we all say yes.
